So i was on forum 32 and someone posted that this story is loosly based on the muslim concept of Nikah Halala... not knowing what it meant, i went searching for the meaning of it. Ummm... can i just say wow! I really hope that AsYa's story does not go that way.

aayan and zoya get married but aayan divorces her. realizes that he loves her and asks his brother to marry her and divorce her just so he can marry her again, becuase according to Nikah Halala a husband cannot marry his wife unless she is remarried and divorced by the second guy also.

i would really hate to see the story go that way...

I remember something like that and someone said she will consummate her marriage with asad in the beginning

icky and messy ... thats what i thought! it would just kill the show for me... ugh. gonna enjoy all the fab "mitwa" moments for now and i guess see where it goes..

yes its true in muslim after divorce if any couple want to live togather .they have to go through halala.

that only works if its not pre-planned right? because thats what the information said. If it is pre-planned then its not considered legit..?

actually the nikkah halala is done when there is 3 times divorce and they want to get married again .. 1st and 2nd time, if they divorced and want to marry, they can marry.. but if there is 3rd divorce and want to marry again then the woman had to marry some other guy and consummate with him and get divorced and then she can marry the 1st guy
