tv stars and big screen...

do tv stars really make it big in movies? i have been following a few of them and it seems that they are very rarely blessed with this fantastic success when they transition from tv to big screen acting...sushant from pv...and a few others have taken this leap...but has it really paid off for them...i know that every one wants to achieve this goal...but if you have one movie flop it is very difficult to get another, esp in the industry which seems to be saturated with actors/actresses...we have seen so many times that even the big name movie stars are faced with flop after flop...revamping ones career takes a lot of time and effort...the calling of the big screen to actors is a very big decision in their acting career...it can break or make you...

yup i too agree with u .i too don't want gurmeet to leave tellywood.because in tellywood stars r more close to fans and v vl be able to watch them daily.

we can never tell but i just hope Gurmeet don't completely leave tellywood. He can go shoot a movie for come months and be back again..

Agree. One in million make it in a bigger league...ala Sharukh Khan...there is nothing wrong to explore the big screen but more important is not to leave TV completely in the name of Bollywood...it is bigger game..bigger gambling...bigger headache...and you have to be constantly singing 'Yes Sir'...'Yes Sir'...

why not? times are changing and nepotism isn't really working out very well for the film industry... most talented actors entering bollywood nowadays are not from any film family... i'm sure talented television actors too can make it big...

really n i vblv the fame they get on telly is more then on bolly they become one among million in bolly while in telly they rulez as one in million😃
