So how come Balraj didn't ask meera to change her dressing style now
I am sure meera would listen
As she is now wanting her rights

The answer is very simple.. Balraj does not want to overstep the boundary and take the risk to annoy Meera.

Balraj does not care what Meera wears or does right now all he cares about the child she is carrying. When he objected her modern dressing he didn't knew she was carrying Ani's child.

I doubt Meera would gleefully change her dressing sense even if she demand rights because that subject is not connected to please Balraj. She does not need to listen to any weird demands of Balraj when she is having an upperhand. It is Balraj who is in a position to listen to any of her demands gleefully for his waaris obsession

IMO Meera should not change her dressing style I hope she continues to wear what she does 😎

And Meera will continue with her beautiful dressing style to match her character too ! Who cares what balraj thinks when he has already weakened his position / status by having to depend on what Meera will give him, if she will ?!

Who can forget the way he knealt before her? Bet Meera will remember those pathetic acts of his in FBs now that things may seem to become clearer to her.😆😃
