Yes there is similarity like in Kasauti Prerna used to jump between Bajaj and Anurag and here Purvi is jumping between Onir and Arjun.

and remember how Anurag got married trice other than Prerna. But apparently always loved her. Meanwhile Prerna moved on. Even they had a baby binding them and they had to get together again because Sneha had cancer. Now the next step will be Pari's cancer so the bonemarrow ..and reunion. lol
