Ishita needs counselling yes...if not professional, then from someone she respects. At the moment, I cannot see a single human being who has Ishita's respect. Plus, she is all out to destroy Aarti's kids...the unborn one as well as the trio. She tried to poison Aakash's mind by filling it with the saga/sautela garbage...she'll do the same with kids now.

Incredible analysis Pal 👏 👏 👏...Wow you did again my friend that was amazing and ITA this time around Yash will be the one that the third party is after...Ishita will try her best she will also get overconfident and she make a mistake cause she will be getting extremely desperate as she will see AarYa's love keep on growing. As for her state of mind well one could say that she lives in a fantasy world cause she sees a husband madly in love with his wife but in her mind says that Yash is hers and that Aarti casted a spell on him. I really hope someone catches on to her soon. I loved your Laxman reference regarding Aakash and yes this Laxman won't let any harm come to SitaRam 😳
