We have so many needs in our life, but at the end of the day, all we need is to be needed.
I love this Aarti bhabhi-bhakt rustic Laxman aka Aakash...He is such an endearing fella when he is not being a monster trying to blend into the rich man's world. "Acceptance" is such a magical word as is the "need" to feel needed. All Aarti did was give Aakash both...and he felt belonged, part of the family album. When matters came to life and death, this Sita didn't hesitate to cross the Laxman Rekha to save Laxman, leading to the awakening of his soul. In that one instant when Aarti pulled him out of the chasm, he was a newborn...seeing the world with open eyes, understanding the right from wrong, savoring the feel of being accepted, and grabbing the second, second chance life gave him. Aarti's selflessness had once again helped this family become a whole...the fragments aligning themselves instinctively. It was wonderful to see the brothers bonding and teasing each other.
After he had made his peace with the family, Aarti directed Aakash's attention toward his duty for his wife. However, one only wished that Aarti's impulsive and the in-a-hurry-to-do-good nature acquires some patience, because if she had just heard Aakash out, she would have been a little more aware of Ishita's "virtues." Anyhow, Ishita was pleasantly surprised and even a little overwhelmed by this sudden change in her husband toward goodness...Grudgingly she credited Aarti for the turnabout, but her mind is made up about who she wants: Yash. Adept at the mind games that she plays with others, because that always lets her have the upper edge, she is being blind to what she sees. Where Yash and Aarti are concerned, she sees something, but her mind conceives and perceives something else. In her perfect world, Yash is hers...and Aarti and the unborn Aayu are only impediments...the shackles that hold Yash to them. It's evident that with her only weapon, namely Aakash, becoming useless, she will go all out against Aarti. One only prays for Aayu's welfare.
Unmindful of Ishita's twisted designs, Yash and Aarti are lost in their own world. Their love affair reaches new heights each day...They can't have enough of each other. The usual fun and tease talk becomes a little serious when they both talk about deaths...to which Yash immediately puts an end to, saying present is all that one should care for. Yet, those few seconds left a lingering fear as to the future...Was that reference to death ominous? Foretelling of things to come? Whatever it is, Yash's next act may just be a portent, a sign. He went and switched off the light, and then we had the pleasure to see the most beautiful silhouette romance wherein one could not make out where Aarti began and where Yash ended. They came across as one entity in that darkness, even as Ishita stood in light and witnessed a forbidden union. It's clear that Yash will be the reason for the darkness that will engulf them. It's because of him that their life will once again be put through a test of fire...akin to a test when Prashant came and tried to get Aarti for himself. The difference is this time it is Yash who is sought after by someone: his brother's wife. Ishita will try to separate them with her bright ideas, herself staying in the light, but won't know how to, as in the end she will see only one form of Yash and Aarti even in that darkness...
That's all friends. My two cents. I am much short of time today...Have a nice day.đ
