maybe HD and Chanchan sets are close...and we know na even Farhaan(Chanchan's male lead) is bro of HD's director. so maybe he frequently visits hd sets and shruti knows him. As shruti loves pets, he might have invited her to chanchan set as it has lots of dogs...lol
