Hey guys,

As we are now sure that Iqbal is leaving KAA so members keep posting the same post again and again.

I would request you all to please use this topic ONLY to discuss about the replacement as I'm dead sure that forum will be flooded with such topics in near future if this seperate topic is not created.

So have fun discussion or suggesting who should or would be the best replacement for Shiv's character and Why.

i am going to be frank.. i feel only Iqbal Khan brings out the charm of the
character Shiv.. iqbal looks soo good with pallavi.. and i really dont see
anyone else playing shiv.. i dont think rajeev will come back to the balaji
camp after kahiin to hoga, eijaaz is off to dubai for a new balaji serial.. so
the ppl most of us would think to come play shiv are out... so i wonder who
will ekta bring to play shiv................!!

I think a new face will suit Shiv character bcoz with a familiar face we will have many expectations and that's not god. I hope Ektha bring a new one. 😛

The first choice that crossed my mind was Eijaz. But i guess he won't suit Gauri. Reason is Gauri is way too traditional for him. She has the conventional middle class Indian girl looks and also the traits which suits her character perfectly. Eijoo will be more suitable to play a Sophisticated, Rich, Arrogant and someone who has loads of attitude. I feel that pretty much satisfies the criteria to play Shiv. That's what Shiv's character is mostly about. But i think he won't gel with Gauri or rather won't look good with Gauri as much as Iqbal does.

I think a new face would be better.

u know no one can really replace iqbal has he is shiv he is who made shiv wat it is but the first person that crosses my mind that could come close to iqbal n that would be play it really well is Ejiaz khan i love him! both kinda look a bit alike...n he can play braty..mean...soft.. n if u watched his serial khoi dil mein hai..he kinda played a role like shiv...n did an awesome job...he is a gud actor...if anyone could replace him n be perfect be ejiaz i dont know if u agree with me or not but he makes an perfect replacement...n no one can look like iqbal as he is one of kind so we can leave the idea of look alike...but Ejiaz is hot..n kinda does....i think can pull it off wat u guys think? aside him i dont think there is anyone who can pull it off 😊
