Hey People,

I heard that Shweta Manav are out and our Gauri-Hiten are still rocking in the Nach Baliye. I was wondering that are we going the rihgt thing. I mean even though I am a great fan of Hiten and Gauri, I can say that they are not good dancers. I respect and love them the way they are. I have never neglected their weaknesses..... Shweta Manav are ONLY better dancers than Hiten and Gauri... well, i think this is not fair that other people are being voted out cuz of them.... people should fairly based on the performance of the couple... Well, my hitan and gauri disapponted with rang de basanti... 😭 ..... do u guys think that what is going on is fair or not.... (Please don't mind... i am just curious.... thanks)

i dont think is unfair as both the couples scored a combined score of 48...

👏 I genuinely appreciate such an honest and unbiased post from a HG fan! Very few strong people are able to see their faults... and to accept that in public is a very brave thing to do!

its not fair...buts its a game show and thats the format... 😭 😭 😭

Im a huge fan i mean just like crazy for there jodi and i understand what you are saying but again you have to remember it is not their fault they are so popular and people vote for them!!! Though i understand what you are trying to say!! 😃

But it's not a popularity contest. And I kinda think it's a bit insulting that you are voting for them because of their popularity and not performances, talents or potential (but that's me.) Granted, it's not Hiten and Gauri's fault that they are so popular. Likewise, it isn't Manav and Shweta's fault that they aren't equally so. Come on guys, be objective. You love them, cool, but be honest with all the contestants, they deserve that much. Personally, I do like GHT's chemistry, but like I said, it's not a popularity contest.

I agree that it may not be fair...but its a question of freedom of choice...ppl have a right to vote for whoever tehy want, for whatever reason tehy want. I also vote for GHT..I spend my prepaid bal to see the together.. i dont care if tehy dance well or no...i just wanna see tehm together..& I think I have every right to vote for my favs without being tried to feel guilty by other ppl constantly

Embroiled in the SIM cards controversy to garner more votes on Nach Baliye 2, Manav Gohil and Shweta Kawaatra bounced back with impressive performances over the last few weeks. But it was too good to last.
The couple's illustrious calling in the show came to an end this Wednesday, when they found themselves in the danger zone, along with with Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan. This episode will be aired on Monday.

This particular round involved solo performances. The couples ended up with the same score from the judges (48 points), but Gauri-Hiten dominated the public votes once again. Eventually, Shweta and Manav got axed. Prior to this, the couple had landed in the danger zone twice.
When contacted, Manav sounded very low and would only say, "I am not supposed to talk about this."
But our sources on the sets confirmed Manav and Shweta's ouster saying, "Manav danced superbly and even got a Natraj trophy from the judges, but Shweta goofed up very badly."
The outgoing couple did not take the popularity factor too well. Our source said that they felt that they were the better dancers than Gauri-Hiten and hence should have remained.
Bad performance
But a contestant (requesting anonymity) who is still in the fray told us, "The competition has reached that stage where only the current performance matters. I don't think Manav and Shweta could have remained after Shweta's bad performance on Wednesday.
If Hiten and Gauri edged them out thanks to public votes, it's not their fault that they are so popular. It was a tie all right, but Hiten and Gauri were both on par (24 points each). On the other hand, Shweta managed to score only 18 points. Since Nach Baliye is all about jodis, they lost."
