Will Aarti have a miscarriage?!

The new spoiler pics show Aarti clutching her stomach after saving Aaksh from the goons. Do you guys think she's going to have a miscarriage? 😲 I really hope not, everyone has been looking forward to baby Aayu!

No I don't think she will coz after that aakash will be on his feet begging for forgiveness. Hopefully that doesn't happen but even if it does, aarti will get pregnant in no time as yash just can't seem to get his hands off her 😆
