My mom asked me the same question. How come soap people in india shoot for 16 to 19 hrs a day when there are a couple of scenes any particular actor appears in the whole episode. How long does it take to get ready and how many takes do they do. What do they do the whole time, sit and watch when they are not in a particular scene, memorize dialogues i guess that would take time. Iqbal is doing only one show and he says he does not have the time. Maybe ekta should do a better job of time managing. So the actors can act quickly and go home early. I mean the quality shouldnt be lost but to work 16 hrs a day just so that you are in a couple of scenes, seems like a waste of time. 😆
I too felt the thursdays episode was incoherent. the episode did not flow well, did not have continuity. the sangeet dance was done ok. but i was disappointed that there very few shiv staring at gauri scenes when she was dancing. some one else mentioned it would have been so cool if gauri while clapping her hands clapped shiv's too. and shiv stares at gauri, and holds her hand, and anupam has to snap him out of it. that would have been awesome. come on director where are your romantic ideas. 😳
i think what they are trying to do with the sari that shiv bought is to make gauri wear it at the wedding. the director made a good decision because then they can have shiv staring at gauri remembering his wedding, while at the same time dada and dadi wedding take place. 😳so i am glad they didnt show that scene. but i hope ekta hasnt completely forgotten about the saree.
i am more 100% sure that the plot is rewritten to accomodate iqbal's departure. we know he is leaving for sure but whether or not he is coming back after his break is the big question. so this is a disappointment in the sense that the story we would have seen otherwise if iqbal was not leaving does not exist anymore. so this time we cant blame ekta because circumstances have forced to rethink the story. 😭
