property on grandchild

When nandini's dad put that condition on property for grandchild... i hope he mentioned nandini's child... i would love tos balraj's reaction n that.

Yep hope he realises because from far this can't be meeras child's house, nandini has been living it in her whole life, and hope nandini's dad comes back soon to claim the property

I was also thinking the same the condition must be Nandini biological child not only Anirudh child with someone else.

If Nandini has been living in the house all her life then it shud belong to her dad and I hope he comes back to claim it. It wud be great if it was in Nandinis child's name and just her child.

friends I watched the epi again and cleared.

Balraj took only the house from Nandini's father. so it belongs to Nandini's child. it also clearly says it belongs to Nandini's child. no mention of Ani and Nandini or Ani's chid. that is why Barlaj married Ani to Nandini to hold the house. So if Nandini marries someone else and delivers a baby. the house automatically goes to her child. Balraj has to leave the house.

Barlaj took business from his elder brother (Akhil and Agastya's father) by kiiling him. family business goes to next elder son of the family. in that way it came to Balraj.
Balraj don't want to lose it to Akhil or Agastya. since Akhil don't have male child, next chance is for Ani and Agastya. Ani died and Nandini had miscarriage. that blocked balraj's hold on business. after him it will go to Akhil or Agastya's son. Akhil don't have son. Before Agastya became father of a son, Balraj got way in the form of Meera now.

Meera delivering boy will help Balraj to hold the business not the house.

The house certainly belongs Nandinis child not Ani s , N s father is not mad to sign a contract which only Ani son with anyone can get it.

Exactly prime it would actually be foolish to show that property belongs to Ani's child when they showed house belongs to Nandini and her father 😕now i am waiting for tiwari's return to asthana's mansion oops for his own mansion 😆

I think at different tmes, it was mentioned both ways. That is, once it was mentioned as Ani's son. Another time it said Nandini.
