'Life usually changes post marriage', is something that we hear more often than statements like, 'it hasn't changed a bit'.

Hence, when we contacted the newlywed 'industry di kudi' Amrapali Gupta (currently shooting for Zee TV's Qubool Hai), and asked her about her port marriage life.

"I must say that life definitely changes post-marriage," she quips.

So how exactly have things changed for Amrapali? "Earlier, I used to tell Yash (Sinha [her husband]) about my whereabouts, but now I have to take his permission (laughs). I also have to tell him within how many hours I'd be back from an outing as he is usually waiting for me. After all, we are staying together now."

Does she also do the household chores? "That is the best thing about staying in a joint family. You never have to do much. In fact, my in-laws are the best. They never ask me to do anything. There are no restrictions on the attire I wear. They understand my profession which is the best part," she adds.

This means she has to make no adjustment? "The only person I am adjusting with is Yash (laughs). He has turned out to be a typical husband."

Does the actress miss anything? "Yes, I miss my boyfriend. Yash was fun that way. We used to hardly have any time due to our busy schedule, hence, every time we had some time, we used to drive to Lonavala or some close by hill station to spend time together. I think I miss that."
