Poor girl. Look at how biased people are toward someone they consider "beautiful" It's no wonder IF poor Koena is still trying to make herself loveable on the Bollywood scale of lovability.
People are feeling badly for Aish (HUH????) because she's been held up as a standard of perfection to the point where it's totally believable that women would try to surgically imitate her. That is NOT an insult! It's quite the opposite thing actually.
There's even a phrase for it, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."
So if y'all love Aish so much why aren't YOU trying to do whatever you can to look like your idol? By these standards Koena has shown far more idolization of the glory that is Aishwarya Rai than a hundred people looking at pictures, sighing and adopting poses of outrage in defense of a woman who can probably buy and sell them several times over.
In short---Aishwarya doesn't need your pity or your outrage on her behalf. She's raking in the benefit of being such a beauty ideal and as long as stuff like this happens she's totally the winner.
The takeaway here really is that it's a dirty rotten shame that adults (more or less) are so damned rudderless and desperate for someone to "follow" that they will adopt cheap poses of "outrage" and heap vile derision on a soft target who is obviously in pain from self doubt, self loathing and a desire to be liked. as a weird, misguided way of paying homage to another woman's genetic luck.
This girl deserves kindness. Let's not be monkeys and start acting like ignorant, hopeless backwater bitches of the village with too much time on our hands who band together for the fun of destroying someone just because she shows feelings we're all ashamed to admit we have.
We all would like to be as pretty as Aish, if only for a day. IF...and I say IF (cause that really could all be makeup)...Koena did something about the wish is it all that surprising, especially considering the world she works in?

I agree. She has already ruined her face and expressed considerable regret over it in that last interview of her's that was posted. I see no reason to mock her over and over again especially when the picture posted isn't even recent. It is from 2010. 😕

WHAT THE!😔

Yes, she actually has Ash's eyes unless we are being over-imaginative! What is wrong with all these girls? Plastic surgery is still okay as long as its correction surgery - but this?

Go and see her in that song Khullam Khulla pyaar song from Road. Koena was so exotic and sultry. She ruined her original gorgeous self and for what?

TFS.

Why should people feel bad for Ash here? Its not like something went wrong with her. We should feel bad for these girls who are ruining their faces and their upcoming old age ( we all know that operated-upon skin usually ages badly and the bio clock makes it worse). Of course, its upsetting and angers to see that women are failing to understand that there is no template for beauty. But to mock and jeer at them? That is like bordering 'being inhuman'. Love your post!👏

She probably thinks if she gets the same beautiful eyes as Aish she would be as popular as Aish.. lol.. she's so desperate.. Hollywood might fall for her fake pretty eyes but in Bollywood.. ppl would rather admire the original..which is Aish's eyes.

I don't understand this woman..I think she needs some medical help.

This picture is from 2010 so the news about eye lid surgery may not be true. Closing.
