I'm new here but have caught up on all the episodes and i've noticed that some people seem to hate RK for what he did with Madhu and yes it was very very kameenapan of him but i still felt so sorry for him and sad when Madhu ran to put colour on Sultan only out of necessity.
And yes RK does deserve to suffer some torment simply because of how he humiliated Madhu and broke her trust.
But I feel that RK is a complex character, he has a lot of flaws and almost a childlike petulant way of thinking shoing that he is still very immature in life. He might be a superstar but he still has a lot of growing up to do and at the time he took his revenge from Madhu it was him thinking through his childlike ability rather than understanding his real feelings.
Even know he doesn't truly understand his feelings or his love for Madhu hence why he couldn't answer her question but that is exactly why he needs someone like Madhu, like his mum recognised early on, Madhu is the person who an bring back the purity of Rishab from RK.
This seperation is good for him to realise what he lost but i fear that maybe we will only see his downfall now rather than his redemption.
Sultan seems like a nice fellow but lets be honest the whole Ishq & Junoon angle is suited to Madhu and RK.
They are fire and ice, actually fire and fire. They are opposites yet still perfectly matched because together they balance each other out and that's what is so endearing about this couple.
They love each other with extreme passion and then hate each other with just as much passion.
Today's episode reminded me of the old ones early on when they only had hatred for each other that passion was raw and alive, but what i noticed was the subtle softness and tenderness that RK showed to Madhu.
He is trying to show her that he has feelings for her, that he is trying to become a better person and I think he deserves to be given that chance.
I love this on screen couple, and I love watching this show.
I just hope that we get to see RK & Madhubala together because I just can't get enough of that Hum Hain Deewane, such an epic tune!
