I think she was disgusted by the blood and gore on the dead guy's face. But it's not Abhay...if he dies, then there's no point for this show to go on, because Abhay, and Kusum are the heart of the show.

😆😆 sneha! I don't think Ekta would kill Abhay b/c he is an essential character in the serial, but then again they could show that he dies and that the financial burden will rest on Kusum and the rest of the family now. But if the rumors that Mahi will be back are true, then they will want to keep Abhay alive so that he does marry Kusum and then Mahi will come back and be jealous (that is, if she's coming back 😕)
