Remember while seeing party AV too the gang thought to invite Tani to see the AV when Swayam asked. Being alone, alwasy ignored and taken for granted just because you understand and stay calm is not the simplest thing in the world.

Now, coming to the professional thing. Sharon is CS and being CS its automatically her responsiblity. Sharon is not a newbie to tell her everything in person and then only she will do it. She at least should have told Swayam as he was her ACS. NDC was Tani's responsiblity and CS and ACS are under her so she surely can expect them to work properly. Why to even bother with CS when Gs has to do everything. The position is just for title then, simply lame. Just like, The project manager doesn't do every single thing just because he is assigned the project. He has people to work for him and he suprvises. So, the duty was forms was assigned to Sharon and that's why sharon too accepted that it was her mistake.

I agree that Taani is being hyper and all but just because Sharon has been always hyper doesn't mean anyone else can't be. Sharon made mistake about forms that was clear. She is human and have too many responsiblities. So, it comprahansible. Both sharon and taani are right were they are standing. Try to see other side of coin too.
