I have doubt that may be Deepali (Dips) is the past of Sultan and Aaryan may be her son. May be she ditch him. Not sure but just this point come in my mind. Because Sultan said that after giving birth to Aaryan she was gone but not clear that is she pass away or left them alone and leave. He also said that " apne hee log dhoka dete hai".
