The first episode of Saraswatichandra, when they showed the haveli of Desai family, the thing that caught my eye amidst all the intricate detailing of the set and other things , was the idol of Radha Krishna in the temple. I think its one of the most beautiful idols I have seen in my life.. the scene in which Kumud stands infront of the idol and sings manmohana is one of the most exquisitely shot scenes in the show..and we all know there have been quite a few..!!! Radha Krishna's love story is one of the most celebrated love stories in Hindu mythology.. They never got married yet people always associate Radha with Krishna Not many know about his wife Rukmani. Some lovestories are never meant to be complete but their beauty perhaps lies in the incompleteness.. '' Kabhi kabhi adhoorapan bhi achha lagta hai'' what Saras and Kumud have is something you can not measure..its difficult to even understand what they share.. we see people share love, happiness, grief..they share pain.. They always will... there will be no pain in the world that can touch one without touching the other.. The mud slinging game they have been playing for a while now is perhaps indicative of that.. It first started in the field out of anger and hurt... Today its happening out of love and playfulness and some even unconsciously.. She slipped and Saras caught her, marking her back with his mud stained hands.. which Dugba notices later... She accidentally puts mud on his face and has some fun at his expense..Its a pleasure to watch these two bickering playfully .. I wonder when has Saras ever done that before..? when she sees him trying to clear the mud of his eyes, she stops him and offers him her dupatta which is pretty much the honor of a woman..Not something a woman would give to anybody.. That for me was moment of the day !!!! She gets his mud stain ..on her body ..on her honor..In future, they will share each others pain, hurt , punishment and blame..Its eerie ..it gives me goosebumps..! When he commanded her to wipe off the mud from his face, one could sense the authority which only comes if you feel you have the right on that person.. when has Saras ever been able to demand something of someone with so much ''haq''? When she was leaving, the gloom on their faces was so obvious..MY heart melted when Saras said, '' please apna dhyan rakhna'' Kumud turns back and says the same.. This kind of love and longing is rare... It might be incomplete and imperfect like the pots they made together.. But it has so much honesty and purity that it looks divinely beautiful.. Just like the pots did... they are priceless !!!
