Guru surely deserves to be scolded for lying about Mohan, but a hug as well for bringing out the wife version in Megha. Today, Megha's tears were only for Mohan.
The misunderstanding of Mohan being RJ's biological father will be a new pathway for MM to rediscover their love for each other! When Megha did not believe Guru at first, I understood that the wife in her, which was hidden in a shell of self-hatred, in the deep corner of her heart, was slowly and steadily coming out. Yep she does care! She surely does! She, perhaps, would turn possessive for Mohan in this process, and eventually accept her love for him.
Moreover, Megha is closely bonded with RJ. She sees Addu in her, and no matter how much she tries now, she won't be able to get away from her. She also knows that RJ doesn't have any mother, so this will play role in bringing MM coming closer time and again. The more they will meet or come together, the more Megha's love will be expressed as she'll see Mohan with RJ and subconsciously become possessive, thinking of him and his "imaginary" Meera, so, unexpectedly and unintentionally, in a way, RJ might unite them, not taking them far apart from each other!
Now why did Guru lie? He's wrong, but his POV is justified cause he knows that Mohan decided to live in their small world, and he only didn't want his bhaiya to go through the heartbreaks again. He has seen Mohan indulging in alcohol for infinity times, living like a dead soul, almost at the edge of dying, and god knows what not. How could he be strong enough to push Mohan in all those for once again?
That's solely my POV. Feel free to disagree.
