Among the first to arrive at the Mumbai prayer meet was Jaya Bachchan, who was seen in a white outfit, warmly greeting other senior attendees. Waheeda Rehman followed shortly after, dressed in a saree.

Veteran Bollywood actress Kamini Kaushal passed away on November 14 at the age of 98. Her final rites were held at the Worli crematorium in Mumbai, attended by close family members. The film industry mourned her loss, with celebrities like Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Amitabh Bachchan, and Anupam Kher paying tribute on social media.

Kareena Kapoor shared a nostalgic photo of Kamini Kaushal, while Shahid Kapoor wrote "Rest in light, ma'am". Kiara Advani praised Kamini's grace, humility, and talent, saying it was an honour to work with her. Amitabh Bachchan penned a heartfelt tribute, recalling the decades-old bond between their families.
