New Delhi: Swatting at imaginary flies, wandering about the stage, chatting with another actor, cracking jokes, counting make-believe stars - when does ribbing become borderline rudeness for our Bollywood superstars?

Salman Khan was seen chatting with Arshad Warsi on stage at the Star Guild Awards 2013 as actor Annu Kapoor made his acceptance speech.

Kapoor won the Apsara Star Guild Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role and Apsara Star Guild Award for Best Actor in a Comic Role for 'Vicky Donor'. He also won a National Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Soojit Sircar's hit film.

When does ribbing become borderline rudeness for our Bollywood superstars?

Going by the video uploaded on YouTube by a PR firm, Salman, who himself handed over the microphone to Kapoor, was seen strolling off as Kapoor started to speak to stand beside Arshad. The two were seen cracking jokes and animatedly counting 'stars' while Kapoor spoke.

Salman is known for being irreverent and poking fun at others while hosting events. Most of it is good-natured ribbing. But when does it stop being fun and become downright rudeness?

Salman Khan isnt really a gentleman, neither in his current reel life nor in real life.

Btw, dont think he was acting rude there, he just gets bored easily..😆

ab pehli baar hosting kar raha hai bechara...usko kaise pata kaise behave karna hai?? jaise aata hai waise kar diya...dil bahot bada hai bhai ka...i am sure he didn't do it intentionally...

No, he wasn't rude. He is actually very respectful of everyone. Especially senior artists. The press is getting desperate with their articles. Looking for things that don't exist. I bet it gets boring for the host to stand and listen to everyone coming up and deliver their thank yous. Him and Arshad share a sense of humor. I am sure they were just cracking up about something else. Leave him alone aholes! 😡

I'm a fan of salmans but not a fan of his hosting! He was pretty darn boring as a host himself. If anu kapoors speech was boring his hosting wasn't all that interesting either. I really hope he doesn't plan on hosting again. He was the first host who talked about himself more than the actual awards.
