Shiv is loser

I must say shiv is a big loser bcz he loves Anandhi like blindly he care only her why does he always think about Anandhi happyness ,he doesn't care his parents feeling how much they loved him,they wanna live with their son in their homeland .. he did not happy to knew about his transfer 😡he still feel so upset to think about his transfer .I have realized to saw shiv attitude what was going his mind .Shiv have always been gave her lots of happynees he had already do lots of things for her.

shiv is not upset because he is transfered .he is upset because of his transfer anandi dream like opening of adult school is shattered .

he was not upset about his transfer and he was very firm about how he will not get the order revoked.Even yesterday he told the villagers to consider his plight and about how happy he will be to get back to his family after so long.He was only worried about Anandi.He knew it would upset her and his only aim is to give her all the happiness in the world.As for Anandi,I too have many a time felt that she places the Singh and Jagya above all else but this time round she has firmly stood by Shiv.Was even open in telling him not to blame himself for the Jagya fiasco and that he is responsible for all her happiness.Liked that aspect of Anandi...felt that finally she is moving in the right direction

I adore Shiv for being a dream husband and SIL. Otherwise no man takes his wife or her family or their feelings into consideration!

But I agree it's not been an equal give and take in his relationship with them. He has been more giving, made more adjustments and compromises and gone out of the way for Anandi and Singhs, than they have for him or his family.

I am glad yesterday Shiv firmly but politely told villagers that he'd like to go to his own home and they should be happy that Anandi's going to live with her new family. Otherwise his constant disturbed and rather guilty look about his transfer issue was making him look like a wimp!

I think Shiv has to keep a balance between his love for wife and dedication towards in-laws and his love for his own family. And so should Singhs (and Anandi) know their limits. In case they take too much advantage of him or expect him to be there whenever they want, without bothering about his own feelings or personal engagements.

There are reasons why boy's family (especially the women, such as moms and sisters) want to choose a girl of their own liking for the boy's marriage and there are reasons why they feel insecure over the entry of DIL or the fights/rivalries ensue between saas-bahu/bhabhi-nanad. The boy's family begins to feel worried that the new person in their boy's life has "taken away" their boy from them and they can't bear that the person who they'd brought up since birth is now all attached only to the new wife/DIL/SIL and doesn't give them priority. If they feel slighted then it creates frustration in the whole family.

Shiv has already tested his parents and family's patience and fortitude by suddenly announcing his decision to marry Anandi. It's their modern outlook, trust in their son and open-mindedness that they didn't object much (except for few problems created by CM and Sanchi). Shiv has to honor their love, acceptance, trust by taking their feelings into account too, instead of making faces or thinking of every situation from Anandi POV - how any decision will affect Anandi or her feelings or her Dadi ji!

So far he hasn't struck the right balance. Only his dialogue in yesterday's episode was positive.

Anandi has been over-devoted to Singhs! Even more than her parents, friends and her own self! She's polite and well mannered with Shekhars but in a formal way. I hope she also blends in with Shekhars and she learns to say NO to Singhs or at least tell them to WAIT if they pester her time and time again over their family matters or Jagya related stuff. It's utter foolishness for DS or Singhs to expect ex-DIL and her husband to help find a match or convince the DIL's ex-husband for remarriage! I am shocked why neither Anandi nor Shiv put their foot down when DS called at a late hour at night or barged into Shiv's office over this "issue"!

I am sick of Singhs now. Their overbearing, interfering, hypocritical attitude and forever constipated looks on their faces and that laado/laadesar BS is unbearable now!

Being giving or sensitive is nice but excess of everything's bad. It shouldn't be that you stop having a life of your own!

He is upset about the transfer because he knows how many plans Anandi had for Jaitser and how important they are to her now she has to give up those plans because he has been shifted to some place.

He doesn't want to refuse the transfer because he does not want to disobey the orders given by his seniors and set a wrong example for his juniors.

He is unhappy because he is torn between his beliefs and his wife' s happiness.

He has told even the villagers that he will be leaving Jaitser because he has been transferred that too where his family is and that's why he is happy to go.

So where is the question of blind love for Anandi?

As for Singhs - they are Anandi's family just like he loves his family he knows that she loves her family

If wives taking care of husband's family is considered part of their duty it should also be accepted that husbands taking care of wife's family as part of husbands' duties.

Agree with your post regarding Shiv. @bold above, nothing wrong if a husband takes care of his wife's family, but these Singhs are just too much. Even when there is no emergeency, they disturb Anandi/Shiv even during night. And why dont Anandi thinks that his father or Shekhar family also needs to be taken care of.

Who is calling shiv a loser ? He as everything what he desired in this life. Wife who is completely Lattu on him, villagers who love his work, in laws treat him like their son and his family does not interfere in his life much.
