Chapter 2-
Khushi didn't know what she has to do, her feet dragged her to payal's room on its own accord. Her encounter with shyam a few minutes back had shocked her to the core! She didn't know what she has to do now. In the past few days she was so caught up with her feelings towards arnavji that she had completely neglected shyam. Now she has to take some step. She can't sit idly and see the lovely soul of anjaliji being shattered into pieces because of her husband's betrayal.
I just want only you khushiji...I never accepted rani saheba as my wife!! And that marriage holds no meaning for me...
Please believe me khushiji... I only love you and love you loads!!!
The thoughts of him saying those words to her disgusted her and a shrill of negativity ran through her body. The way he forcefully pulled her into a hug made her feel that she became impure. She never wanted to stay in the same roof as he stayed but she had left with no choice. she wanted to shout on him and smack and beat him up to pulp until he is dead but she knows that's not possible. The thought of anjaliji being subjected to his evil plan made her shudder.
Payal who was watching khushi from the time she entered the room and saw the changing emotions on her face, though they are not related by blood payal instantly sensed that something was wrong.
Khushi... what happened? Why are you looking so tensed? she asked and made her sit on the bed.
Actually jiji, i... she stopped.
No she can't say anything to her jiji of what happened just a while ago! Her jiji is finally getting married to the man she loved. She has already gone through a lot in her life... now she can't risk her jiji's happiness by telling all about shyam on a day before her wedding and spoil it! She has to find some other way. She cannot tell anyone in her family of how ill minded that scum bug is and take away their current happiness. Thinking the same she consoled her jiji who was staring at her, worry etched on her face as to nothing should go wrong in her wedding like the previous time it happened. Khushi composed herself and spoke
Arre no jiji... nothing has happened! Seeing all the decorations outside I just got a lil emotional... from tomorrow we won't be together na that's why...
Payal just smacked khushi's head lightly and hugged her whole heartedly for being so emotional. Even she was unable to comprehend that now she has to stay away from her family and she that she is starting a new life from tomorrow with the man she loved and the man who loved her the same way. It was the truth though she is starting a new life and will be away from her family from now on. Both the sisters could never stay away from each other but now they have to... before she blurts about anything before her sister, khushi thought of some excuse to get away...
Ok jiji... now I have to go and help amma and buaji , they are calling me from that time I guess...

Khushi left payal's room and started roaming the entire RM absent mindedly. She didn't know what she has to do now. Should she inform Anjaliji and arnavji about shyam betraying them for that snake may hurt anjaliji for her outburst that happened minutes ago? Will they believe her? She was just walking in the same fashion and stood outside anjaliji's room. She saw that arnavji was also inside but he was facing his back towards her and she saw that anjaliji was crying. Her fear instantly geared up and she rushed inside the room and sat beside anjaliji. She just wanted to know if that shyam has done or said anything to anjaliji... she saw arnavji but he had a blank face which was unreadable. She couldn't bear the silence and broke it with her series of questions.
Anjaliji what happened? Why are you crying? Are you okay? Is there any problem? please speak anjaliji... did shyamji did anything to you? please anjaliji stop crying and say something!!! You are worrying me...arnavji... what happened?
She turned and looked towards arnav who was now looking at her with something strange in his eyes. And then she saw him take a deep breath and said the words she least expected to hear
Di is pregnant khushi!
Arnav had sensed khushi coming into his di's room and demanding her answers for the current situation. He saw her face etched with worry for his di. The instant she asked that did shyam did anything to her his head snapped immediately towards and he came to know that even khushi wanted to share the same thing about shyam to someone as he did and at the end landed up here as he has!
After making the call to aman sometime back, he had received a mail nearly after half hour and came to know all the ill deeds that his jeejaji had done! He came to know the every small detail of what shyam had done; caused pain and hurt to gupta's. shyam had deliberately came across khushi after the video of her falling in his arms was released to the media and took advantage of the situation and entered into the good books of the gupta's. shyam had not met khushi accidentally that day but he himself had paid the gunda's and came to the rescue of khushi. He then moved to delhi in the pretext of work and innocently behaved that he has no family and place to reside here and stayed in gupta house. after manipulating buaji for nearly months to come he forced khushi to get engaged to him. Arnav now remembered the incident where khushi called off her engagement and had broken down in his arms...now every stone was falling into its place. After khushi came to know the real face of shyam the gupta's threw him out of their house but they never informed them about shyam's betrayal to the raizada's for reasons stated unknown. Now he knows everything but doesn't know what his plan of action should be...
After knowing the entire truth he wanted to save his di from the clutches of that evil man. So he had rushed into his di's room and was about to tell her about shyam when he noticed that his di was holding an envelope from sinha's clinic, he instantly raced towards his di and saw that it was her reports of her medical checkup done last week. He just wanted to make sure and know that his di was fine so he snatched it from her and saw the report stating the pregnancy test as positive. His world stopped! He didn't know what else he had to do. After a few seconds Anjali took the letter from his hand and saw the face of her chotey... she imagined him to be amazed by the new revelation and hence was shocked. Lest did she know that it was coz of the worry and pain his di might go under if she still lives with shyam.
Khushi was happy and at the same time sad coz of the news she received. She didn't know how to react or what she has to do now, though she was already confused earlier. But now anjaliji's pregnancy complicated things even more. Then she realized that anjaliji was not crying but it was happy tears. She then saw the face of the man who told her this happy news but for some reason she didn't find him happy... it was as though he was in complete pain and agony. Ignoring that fact and thinking that she could confront him later she pulled Anjali into a huge hug and wished her all the happiness in the world.
Congratulations anjaliji... you are becoming a mother!!! I just hope you are blessed with all the happiness in the world...
Thank you khushiji!!! Anjali smiled and hugged khushi back with equal fervor.
In the next few minutes the whole Raizada and Gupta family came rushing to anjaliji's room as she had spoken so loud of anjaliji crying that everyone had assembled including shyam. And in the next few minutes the room witnessed people squealing with joy for happiness for the bitiya of their house becoming a mother and many blessings was bestowed upon the parents to be... arnav and khushi both watched as shyam made his way towards Anjali and smiling his sickening smile and pretended to be the most happiest person in the world whose family was now gonna be complete...
