For all the focus on Ashutosh's feelings, wants and desires in these last few epis, I am left wondering if that is all Ashutosh has been reduced to - being a Vicky Donor...just as I love strong women with identities of their own, I love strong men with equally strong identities...reason why I never watch Ekta's soaps...because her men are all weak and insipid...

I never thought I would have this to say about my favourite character ever...but thanks to the Ekta camp writers and KPji colluding with them, Ashutosh has successfully been turned into another Mihir over the last few months! Something that KPji promised would never happen!

So, the trend of male eye-candies on Indian TV continues!

Agree with u.. i dunno why the makers are glorifying Nidhi 🤔 so much.. they need to balance.. they need to show Ashus side of the story too...

Tanu, like AF had pointed out in her post y'day, Ashutosh is the differential..the USP of the show...simply because his character stands unique among all current Indian soaps..

It is sad to see the character being systematically sidelined thus...!

Fully agree with you...didn't like yesterday's episode much...And yes,Ashutosh has been reduced to Vicky Donor only!Don't know why the writer's couldnot maintain balance & show pain & emotions of both Ashu & Nidhi!

Bang On Sujatha!!! That was exactly my thought after last night.

I did not see Ashutosh in last night's episode. I saw a man who just HAPPENED to be Nidhi's husband.

They probably think that the female viewers of the show are indifferent to the emotions of a man,,,all they want to see is a woman being glorified...they are making two huge mistakes here..

1. kTLK was never a show intended for an audience that laps up regressive crap anyway..

2. I think today's woman has got beyond the point of male bashing simply to reiterate her identity...she needs a man who can challenge her constantly,,,for her to respect and love him,,,,she wants a man to love...not a pet dog to follow her around!

I also agree on that, they would have shown Ashutosh's depression too after all he was also becoming a father not only Nidhi but I guess time is less so they are in bit hurry.. What else?

They could not spare a minute out of twenty...frankly, I find that a little hard to swallow!

I did not dare to say this yesterday because after long time I jumped here and I thought most of the people are happy with their AshMan. But I am not. From a realistic Ashu he is turned into Nidhi's armcandy...
