Laxminandan Vyas(LVN) has opened a company in Kumud's name ššš because Vidya chatur refused to take the loan money from LVN. Now Kumu's company not running so good so Guman ask LVN to hand over company to her so that she take loan on VC property papers(which she obivously stole from LVN safe) and then make company loss. This will ensure to return loan VC''s house is sold and their family come on streets.
LVN is a good friend because although VC refused to take the money back he opened a company in Kumud's name and if its successful Kumud and family will become as rich as LVN and family. It is said do not give food to a man but teach him to catch fish so he sells them and takes care of themselves. That is what LVN has done.
Its good to see such friendship in these times and both VC and LVN are true friends. They also treat each others kids as their own. LVn says Guman and VC have same place in his heart.
Now this is what i think will happen
Guman will take the company under her and then take a loan in VC name keeping his property paper in bank. She will purposely make loss for comapny hence ensuring VC's house is taken over by bank. VC will lose his property and VC and family very angry on LVN who in dubai has no clue what has happened in India. Guman will put all blame on LVN to create more misunderstanding between both friends.
Meanwhile Saras tries to save VC and family and hence takes a few crores from his dad bank without asking him to get back his haveli from bank. Guman will create misunderstanding between father-son saying Saras used money without permission etc. LVN questions or doubts Saras intention to take money but Saras cannot reveal truth as both family are dead enemy now. So LVN and Saras drift apart and Saras leaves home as his dad misunderstands him. Kumud is married off to someone else in meantime.
After sometime VC comes to know LVN got his house back by returning loan which will take a long time. LVN also comes to know Saras used money for VC not for himself and regrets doubting his son. But its too lateee
