Reason for Dugba's anger - Page 2

Dukhbaa has seen Saras in his most vulnerable state and despite that she is unwilling to believe that he is truly Saraswati's shadow. Now she must have got hurt real bad to have this much anger within her. Not only was Saraswati her best friend but from the looks of it, she was going to marry Laxminandan too and it also seems like she may not be leading a happily married life. Can't wait for the back story :))

There is much more going on here than meets the eye...Dugba seems to be very bitter and we're only getting bits and pieces of the story...but from what I've gathered, rather than Saras her anger is more towards Laxminandan and Guman...Saras is not exactly collateral damage but rather a scapegoat for her anger...she has seen Saras at his most vulnerable and has taken care of him when he needed it but at the same time he is a constant reminder of past betrayals that she hasn't gotten over...I'm sure once she sees what Saras's relationship is actually like with his father and stepmother she'll realise how wrong she's been about him...

I think LN or his family had thought about LN marrying Dukhbaa. The way she says in the promo that Saras came to become SIL but has not become one yet & not liking Kumud mingling with him. Though she shows the tough exterior she loves Kumud & doesn't want Kumud to face the same experience she has faced with LN & she is not ready to trust Saras because of her bad experience. When thinking in this angle I actually feel she is correct in her thoughts.

Very good observations everyone ! Thanks for the input :) I just felt that Dugba's anger towards Saras has no basis and deep down even she knows that.. She is an overall unhappy woman whose love never got reciprocated by LN.. Probably always fancied him but her friend Saraswati got married to him..reasons can be many.. She doesnt seem like some one who would walk upto a man and confess her feelings.. After Saraswati's demise she took care of Saras and probably thought he would marry her.. maybe the families were even contemplating it ..But he married Guman instead.. Second heartbreak just made her even more bitter..! She obviously is unhappy in her marriage coz her husband is never around.. Who knows whose fault it is.. her husband who left her or she herself who could never love her husband the way he deserved to be.. So she channelises all that hurt and anger towards LN and his family which unfortunately includes Saras.. This is what I thought.. there may be more to it or something completely different.. whatever it is it will be interesting to watch.. Like Reema said she witnessed Saras in his most vulnerable state yet she ignored it..She scolded her favourite daughter Kumud for helping Saras.. That woman holds some really deep grudges..

I think, Dukhba's character is complecated and now shown the real reason behind her anger.
I agree, that she was suppose to marry LN and Guman came in her way and took LN away from her. But I also believe there must be some other story too. She is angry on that Saras who is LN and Guman's son. However, she Loves that Saras who was Saraswati's Son. (Remember Makarsakranti scene, when Saras Come back home from Pond and she rushed out with towel to wipe his head, that time there was pure love of mother) But Guman and LN drive her crazy and she burst out all her anger on poor Saras.

I think she has trust issue. And real reason behind her anger is unknown. We many know once Guman land to Gujarat.
