I absolutely love Qubool Hai.
But one thing I don't understand, that is why it is showing Holi celebration in the show. Holi is the celebration of Hindus. It has no connection with the muslims. But as per the spoiler pics and SBS SBB news the show will show Holi celebration in the show which is not acceptable according to Islam. So, why is this happening.
This will give wrong impression about muslims. I know I am not supposed to make relegion related topic here. But it is a serious issue so I want it to be addressed by all.

Asad and his Family live in Bhopal which I am assuming is resided in India...

Hindus and Muslims do come together on Holi, for Muslims this is known as Holi Baraat to celebrate the festival of colours amid community unity.

The Baraat holds a special significance as it projects Hindu-Muslims brotherhood.

Being a part of such an exemplary procession is really a matter of pride. Muslims of the locality, who participate in the procession shower rose petals and flowers... It's a symbolic welcome for Hindus by their Muslim brothers.

Hope this helps =) x

Whats wrong in celebrating a festival thats just meant to be fun? When I was kid Hindus, Christians and Muslims all played Holi. Isn't that the point of any festival- to get people together?

Have to say I am proud of Gul for showing religious inclusion it's sorely needed in this country.

many muslim families in india do celebrate holi and few other festivals as well ...
off course they won't be performing rituals et al of festivals but they do celebrate them with their friends and neighbors.

my neighbors r also muslims and i hv muslim friends as well, they all celebrate with us !!! and it's so much fun.
😃

ps: we should trust the makers on that front, i am sure they won't do any injustice
😛

I am not a muslim so don't know whether islam permits or not .
but I think its not wrong to celebrate with friends. I being a hindu celebrate christmas with friends and enjoy Eid treats given by my friends. So, I feel this is a actually good thing to show.
