'Young Sanaya' - is being called by the Producer cz most likely he is quite older than Sanz.. Also in actor ages in the show this time they have a huge senior cast so Sanaya is most probably the youngest 1 or 2 on the sets as even Farhan is a little older than her..
They r not talking about a young ChhanChhan, so no kiddie is in it... they r chatting about our doll girl only 😳
