The SAGA continues...(part -1)

A drop of silent tear escaped Anandi's eye as Sumitra gave her an idea of Ira's misunderstanding about her and Shiv in her absence and how maturely Shiv had handled the situation. Anandi was back from her teacherjee's school and decided to stay at haveli for a night as gehena wasn't really well and dadisa too missed her loads.Though Sumitra had promised Shiv of keeping Anandi away from the issue that propped up in the shekhar household but couldn't help when Anandi overheard her and bhairon's conversation about the same.

"It was so difficult to understand what this man was made up of!" ... Anandi thought as she brushed a gentle hand on their wedding picture. Just a day ago she had teased him of being her iron man but little did she know he would have to prove it so literally. For she knew within that muscular frame lied a delicate heart. And the mere thought of the agony that heart would have bore explaining to his in-laws, the unfulfilled relationship with his wife, made Anandi cringe in the stomach.

"Aap hameshan aisa kyun karte hain Shiv...kyun mere liye har taqleef muskurahat ke saath seh lete hain" she stifled few tears, looking sorely at his windchimes as a gush of the bygone memories overwhelmed her senses. The way he rescued her amidst the deep depressing woods...just like her knight in shining armour. The way he always treated her as an "equal" on job...the tiffs and the verbal volleyes. His salute for her being what she is today. Uniting her with her 'ma' when she was going through the worst phase of her life...her divorce. His lending a shoulder for her mother. Agreeing for the marriage proposal even though he knew everything about the state of her heart. Daring to sacrifice his love when he thought probably he was keeping her away from her 'first love'. Filling her manng with a promise of a lifetime. And even then, giving all time and space for her love to grow at its natural pace. Since the day he had come to her life, he had been her savior, her care-taker, her comrade, her motivator, her friend, her partner and her Soulmate. And it was so strange it took her so much to realize how special he was. Just thought was enough to make Anandi's heart swell with painful bliss.

"Bas Shiv! Ab aap is pyaar se aur door nahin rahenge" she wiped the tears that tucked the corner of her puffy eyes..."kyunki jitna intezaar apko mere pyaar ka hai, usse kahi zyaada aaj mujhe hai. Main jeena chahti hoon Shiv...aapke saath mein...aapke pyaar mein...aapki har ek saans mein!" ❤️
