SS: Towards A New Dawn

Part One :

On the way to lucknow in his sister's luxurious SUV, he was checking his mails on his blackberry, when he saw a mail from her. He quickly opened it and found just a one liner mail 'chhotey! Will be waiting for you. Come home soon' he let out a sigh.

'I miss you di, I miss you so much!' he sighed and asked the driver to drive fast. He adjusted himself in the fluffy seat and went back to the memorable days of their childhood.

'mom!! Missed you so much' he said hugging his mother 'missed you too chhotey' 'how are you?' he said breaking the hug. 'm fine chhotey!' she said wiping the edges of her eyes.

'where is di?'

'chotey!' they turned their gazes to the stairs where a beautiful lady at her mid 30s was descending the stairs.

'Dii...' he ran to her and hugged her tight. 'missed you soo much di!' and started his chatterbox. He had so much to tell her... about his friends, about his teachers, his room...

Their mother looked at the siblings and wiped the tears in her eyes. 'Ye jodi salamat rahe' she wished and went to them.

'mmm...they are yummy! You're the best cook ever mom!' he said licking his fingers.'None can cook parathas like you!'

'btw chhotey, I want to tell you something.'

'yeah di, what's it?'

'chotey, its your engagement next week'

'whaat??' he said shocked would be understatement.

'yes. We have fixed you engagement with Sharma uncle's daughter'

'No! I can't. I like someone else. I can't marry that girl di'

'we were asking about it to you from last 2 years and you said you were not interested in any girl!'

'yeah but I met her later, when you stopped asking'

'thats not my fault. I've committed now chhotey. You'll have to marry her at any cost' she said and left the table fuming.

'Mom! I can't marry her!' he said annoyed. 'I haven't seen her yet!'

'sorry chhotey, I can't help you this time.'

What do you think? Whom do he loves? And who is Sharma uncle's daughter?
