Shiv is such a perfectly designed character! A dream man! An ideal son, an ideal officer/professional, handsome, highly educated, strong, tall, sensitive, perceptive, instinctive, respects everyone, knows when to be tough and when to be gentle, patient, connects with the girl, gives her time and tries to understand her instead of getting angry and showing off MCP male ego, he's respectful, available and loving towards girl's family, respects the girl's dreams and aspirations, ideal son in law, ideal brother...he has every quality a girl (or anyone for that matter!) would look for in a man!

Who wouldn't fall for such a man? Who wouldn't be proud to be associated with such a man? I understand Sanchi's possessiveness too. Which sister wouldn't be proud of such a brother and wouldn't be possessive? Which sister wouldn't want nothing but the BEST for her brother if he's like Shiv? Agreed she's too rude. But her concerns at their roots are not wrong.

I love CVs for creating such a character and wish such men are there in real life too (hate CVs for giving us unrealistic dreams...ah well!).
