i think Maid was smiling because some people love to see other getting hurt. did you see the hand of the lady who turn on the gas knob? there were no nail paint like Tanveer don't have, but Maid has pink nail paint on her nail.
yes i did see someone's post on it too... i am now sure tanveer is billo rani after today's epi where she goes around trying to be in everyone's good books. probably the maid is a positive character out to protect khan household. but i am sure tanveer is the devil!
