Shouldn't one be dead or on deathbed to give up the heart for heart transplant. One can't just decide I give her my heart!?! Am I right? Wouldn't be considered suicide or murder

this is called cold blooded murder even in medical science
ek pregnant woman ko pehle bachane ki koshish ki jati hai and let the infant die if they cannot save both the mother n the child

this is idiot box any amount of idiocy shown is justifiable in India

corruption corruption everywhere in India 😆

Tapasya was shot on her left breast not and the heart is place at the center of the chest between two breasts

as I expect Rupali Guha to be iliterate like the rest of her team not to know facts of life and anything about human anatomy still giving her free advise

she badly needs education

for practical purpose and her education and the proof that I am right I am placing pictures of human anatomy

Look at the picture I noticed it yesterday the moment tapasya was shot but thought to add this fact since we are already discussing heart transplant of an alive person

Now about so called heart transplanting
here are some answers which we all know about except for Uttaran brainless team and ofcourse Rupali Guha

here is the link for below answers

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110217093622AAaRZTG

Can a living person legally donate their heart to someone else?

Like for example my sister needs a heart transplant and I decide that I want to give her mine cause I want her to live. Can I legally do that? BTW this is just a scenario I was just wondering.

Additional Details

Ok what if the person commits suicide to pursue this. Can they still do it? 😆 😆

ichchha is so mahan she will not think twice before she commits that

🤣🤣🤣

No. It would be illegal for a transplant team to effectively trade one life for another like that. They wouldn't do the surgery on the healthy person with the good heart.

To do so is both unethical and illegal.

You have to be brain dead to donate a heart, if you are healthy and alive you can not donate a heart.
You can be put on a donor list if you should die of some cause not affecting the heart.

No. Doctor removing your beating heart comits murder

Rupali Guha

please google n u will get a lot of advise on how to kill ichchha and take out her heart not that you need to be told jis college me tumhari team parti hai uski tum principle ho that is quite obvious 👏👏👏👏 well done rupali guha india looks up at you and is proud of you that in whole of universe we have a rare sadistic like u

sorry to correct the anatomy slightly
heart is not placed between the breast equidistant to be said exact at the centre, but some portion lies below left breast
heart is always on left side upper border is 2nd interecosatal space [means between . 2nd-3rd ribs , lower border is in 5th intercostal space .
it's left border is midclavicular line.
[what is midclavicular line ? it's verticle line passing through middle of clavicular bone or collar bone and nipple]

and only in 5th intercosatal space heart touches the mid clavicular line
2nd space , 3rd space and 4th it is just away from strenum by few cm ,and this distance increases as u go down till 5th space.

and in the 5th intercostal space , midclavicular line lies the apex of heart , means pointed lower most region

so first dig is wrong , the 2nd dig posted in above post is correct.

and right border is on leftside of strenum or parasternal . [so the cpr is done over sternum in lower third portion]

means the center bone in the chest ke leftside mein or may be just below it .. it never extends on right side to be labelled in the center.

so heart is the middle compartment of body that is mediastenum , it can be said central .
but only it's right border is in centre , majority of portion is in left side.

The mediastinum is an undelineated group of structures in the thorax, surrounded by loose connective tissue . It is the central compartment of the thoracic cavity . It contains the heart , the great vessels of the heart, the esophagus , the trachea ,and other impt components.

coming to tapu's shot , if cvs had to show bullet directly in heart , tapu would have been dead on spot!
by the time jogi would have reached jogging in the hospital! she would be declared dead the moment she is brought in the hospital

shot is near the heart , means somewhere near 2nd intercostal space but away from heart in the midclavicular line ke leftside mein.

so it will affect major blood vessels connected to heart , causing less blood supply to heart and ischemia other words heartattack!
and that's how tapu's heart will fail!

also there will be other complication based on pneumothorax that is injury to lungs.

regarding transplant i will give details in next post

more correct diagrams

File:Slide111.JPG

Auscultation sites
  • Aortic: 2nd right intercostal space.
  • Pulmonary: 2nd left intercostal space.
  • Tricuspid: 4th intercostal space, at lower left sternal border.
  • Mitral: 5th left intercostal space, 1 cm medial to midclavicular line.

Hey I have seen in one movie in Tamil that the hero was suffering from heart problem, so heroine will consume sleeping tablets and go to the stage of Coma, and wrote a letter saying you can transplant my heart to him. So the doctors did it... I guess they might have seen that movie to get this idea... Hope this happens in Uttaran...

👏exactly ,they will not show heart taken from iccha who is alive!
no one can show it frns

iccha will probably donate her organs before death by signing paper.
and then hurt herself to die or go in comma!

organ transplant from brain dead is allowed , after permission of the relatives and if the person had signed to donate organ before it.

my problem is ! how iccha is so sure that her heart will be accepted by tapu's body and work ?

i will give info about graft here in short while

best graft is from ur own body

eg skin graft in case of burns

2nd from ur twin [identicle twin]

3rd from blood relative [offcourse as more chances of matching are there, but not always 100%]

and last from other person.

most of the time donar oragns from chest are given to pateint who are near by , as it is difficult to store and transport.

For heart and lung recipients, it is best to transplant the organ within six hours of organ recovery. Livers can be preserved up to 24 hours after recovery. For kidneys and typically the pancreas, laboratory tests designed to measure the compatibility between the donor organ and recipient are performed.

so organ from donar should be removed immediately after death of person , so they will show iccha in comma.
now iccha n tapu are not related.

tapu's body will accept , if blood group and most important their HLA ANTIGENE match!

and also tapu will require lot of immunosupressent drugs [which suppresses body 's defence system of body so graft survives]
so tapu will be prone to infection and u cannot expect 100% normal life of her

after transplant

Post transplant biopsy's
1st Month - Once a week
2 & 3rd Month - Fortnightly
4,5&6th Month - Monthly
6th Month to 1st year - Every two months
1st year onwards - every six months (if indecated)

Additional biopsies will be performed if there is any clinical evidence of rejection, and also following a course of anti rejection treatment

clinical symptoms

  • sudden unexplained fatigue

  • diminution of exercise tolerance .shortness of breath

  • fluid retention {swollen ankles, feeling bloated)

  • 'palpitations' -the sensation of your heart beating fast or irregularly

  • raised temperature
