It's all about Asad Ahmed Khan!

Yes, you read the title right...the current episodes and the near future episodes..they are all about Asad! Asad's blindness to who Zoya really is, and Asad's realization of who Zoya actually is.

Two things::

Asad's point of view:
We are being shown from Asad's point of view as to why he thinks that Zoya is a misfit. Asad has come across a ton of situations where he cant help but think that Zoya is immature, childish, misfit, careless, and irresponsible. He loves Zoya but he just cant overlook Zoya's shortcomings. You can't blame Asad..we know the reality that Zoya is not all that but Asad doesn't..Time and again Zoya has put herself in circumstances which show Asad that Zoya doesn't think through.. For example..situation way back..Zoya in Jail..Najma knows the reality but Asad doesn't know the whole story..but if you see it from Asad's side, there are lots of things that make Asad think about Zoya the way that he does...Talk about the most recent situation..Cylinder scene..see, from Asad's side..that was a stupid move from Zoya to try to do something that she doesn't know how to do and putting the whole family in danger..Asad's reaction is very normal..he reacted like anybody else who is the head of the family!!! We all know that Zoya didn't do anything wrong but Asad doesn't!!! So time and again, Asad sees his point proven that Zoya is a misfit..Yes, Zoya has done a lot of wise and sensible stuff too around Asad but Asad just seems to only focus on the things that Zoya does wrong..he is scared to let his guard down and be a man and accept that he loves Zoya and that's why he only focuses on the faults that he finds in Zoya. Also, in coming episodes we are gonna see more things happening where Asad is gonna misunderstand Zoya again..the peanuts allergy episode..he's gonna think that Zoya is stopping him from going to the court again.. So situation after situation is arising which makes Asad believe more and more that Zoya is a misfit.

Asad's future track:
Again...as much as y'all are disliking the current track about Zoya being mistreated...in my opinion..this whole track is all about Asad..It's not about how Zoya is being treated as much as it is about how wrong Asad is...the story is just building up for Asad's regret, guilt, conviction, and even loss that he's gonna experience in future concerning Zoya. We are being shown more and more about Asad's inability to understand Zoya as a person. Yes, we all feel bad for Zoya but trust me..at the end of the day..this story is moving forward in the direction that it is just to show Asad's pain in future for misunderstanding Zoya! Once he comes face to face with Zoya's reality..his wrong judgement towards Zoya, he's gonna die daily by remembering his hurtful words to Zoya, how he mistreated Zoya, never listening to Zoya and most importantly, he's gonna regret not being able to tell Zoya how much he loved her all along. So keep watching Qubool Hai because..in my opinion, we are gonna witness Asad in devastation, remorse, guilt, disappointment and even shame because of his attitude towards Zoya!! Just giving y'all heads up, as much as we all want to watch Asad in this state because we think that he deserves this treatment, I know for a fact that it will be very hard for us to watch Asad go through all this pain and suffering! But yea, it's only gonna make his love for Zoya stronger than ever before!

Once Asad realizes who Zoya actually is..the walls of misunderstandings will be broken and Asad won't be able to hide his unconditional love for Zoya...but will Zoya accept him after all this, that's a different story! ;)

Zoya doesn't understand Asad either but currently they are showing the episodes from a stand point where Asad will realize that he is wrong. I am sure that in future we will see things happen where Zoya will misunderstand Asad and Zoya will have eye opener moments about Asad and she will regret not recognizing the real Asad.

They are both in love with each other..but they are both so different..they are total opposites...and that's why they always fight, disagree, and misunderstand each other but that's what makes them a unique couple...With all the things that happen between them..all that will happen between them...the biggest reality is that they are made for each other and yes, there will be hardships but they will be together at last because their hearts will always beat for each other.

I kinda understand your point of view, i mean thats one way of lookin at d situation n not feel sooo bad for Zoya...hope the CVs come up with something that makes Asad realize that even though he thinks that he is a dutiful 'MAN' in charge of his family, his ignorance towards Zoya was not so Mature...

Great post ! I definitely agree 100%, I understand why they are doing this and I for one can't wait because the Karan / Surbhi emotional scenes are going to be awesome.

I think Asad has already been through more than enough pain and hurt in his life.He does not need anymore. He watched his father leave his mother and abandon his own family and he still carries that pain with him.

[P]Why can't he tell Zoya how he feels?I agree whole heartedlyhe should at some point man up and take her in his arms and tell her he loves her. ButI ask you why can't Zoya tell Asad how she feels about him?? It is not only all about Asad Ahmed Khan, it takes two to tango so Zoya being the open minded modern girl she is portrayed to be, why does'nt she take the initiative andtell Asad she has feelings for him and try to change his opinion about her, isnt that what Zoya is about, changing people's views and attitudes for the better?. Disappointingly, she has not been exactly forthcoming in professing her love for Asad nor have the producers of the show properly defined Zoya's feelings towards Asad. I findher sudden angry outburts towards Asad strange, her attempts to get his attention silly and immature. I mean she never behaved like this before. Why is it taking Asad's childhood friend to unsettle Zoya, surely the girl from New York packs more punch than that. Zoya true feelingsfor Asad Ahmed Khan arent exactly transparent. There should be focus also on Zoya's feelings, let her start thinking out loud sweet nothings about Mr Khan and make the viewers believe Zoya will be there for Asad when he realises his true feelings.






[B]Yes, I agree with you! Believe me, I am on Asad's side and thats why I wrote in my post about why Asad thinks that Zoya is a misfit. "Hurting people hurt others!" Asad hurts others around him...Yes, Asad has been through a lot already but there is no denying that Asad will go through pain, regret, guilt etc for not understanding Zoya's feelings. Just because he has been hurt in the past doesn't mean that him misunderstanding Zoya won't have consequences.

You have an interesting point...but why care only about Asad. I understand that currently the focus might be on the build up of Asad's regret and guilt for Zoya which is good and long due, but why do this at the expense of butchering another character. I feel a lot of liberty is being taken with Zoya's character already..why should she behave as a silly and attention seeking personality in front of Tanveer in order for Asad to misunderstand her. I think she is perfectly capable of talking sensibly with the kind of past that she has, while simultaneously keeping a difference of opinion with Asad openly without going overboard with her gregarious and cheerful self. There can surely be other ways in which the misunderstandings can develop between them while they are in character. I don't have a problem with the general graph of the story line of the serial but I just feel things could've been conceived a bit differently especially since the characters have so much potential.
