Interesting episode today.
I am going to be positive here. I am sure a lot of you are disheartened by Asad and Zoya dynamics today but eventually, once the truth is out, everyone will be grateful to Zoya.
Before I predict what might happen, here are the idiots of the day..
# 1 Ayaan: Why does he keep begging Asad to withdraw the case? He knows how adamant his brother can be. Instead, why doesn't he do something substantial to get his dad out of jail? I have never seen him meet the lawyer, try to find some proofs at home or go to the factory site and investigate himself. He just flexes his muscles and clenches his teeth and hopes everything will fall into place. And now, he wants to bribe a man like Feroze? Is he out of his mind? He knows Feroze has no morals. What if he took the money and reported Ayaan for bribing him? Then both father and son would be in jail.
# 2: Asad: I think he should get the title for the biggest idiot today. Tanveer has completely blinded his sense of right and wrong. In his desire to push Zoya away from his heart, he is purposely hurting someone whom he really loves and knows well by now. Does he really know Tanveer that well? Just because she is an old friend and dressed in SK, he trusts her blindly? If it weren't for Zoya, his ammi would have died weeks ago, the doll factory mystery would still be a mystery, Rashid would still be a free man. I am sure Asad is an intelligent man but I am sorry to say, he lacks common sense and judgment of a person's character. He is an idiot for pushing away the one person who can be his dost, hamdard, humsafar and confidant for an unknown entity who is sweet as jam, but definitely NOT good for him.
# 3: Zoya: Yes, she is an idiot because she is hopelessly in love with Asad and doesn't know the depth of her feelings. She keeps making a fool of herself by trying to impress him and his friend. Hope she can show more self respect but we all know, she won't because she knows her jahanpanah well. He might tear her into shreds with his words but will fight the world when she is in trouble.
The smart one today for a change was Shireen. She actually confronted her brother and bhabhi and defended Rashid's loyalty towards them.
So here is my theory:
Even though everyone is angry at Zoya, she actually saved the Khan household from burning down by tripping Tanveer. Tanveer was so desperate to leave the house after the gas valve was loosened by someone (Billo or Tanveer?) because she knew the house would burn down after she left. Once she got injured and Asad refused to let her go, Tanveer turned the tables in her favor by rescuing Dilshaad, thereby shifting the blame on Zoya once again. Tanveer, the double faced woman, of course acted sweet with Zoya, just to impress everyone. She is quite cunning in my opinion. In fact, I think she is Billo Rani or Billo Rani's agent supremo.
Billo, the maid is just a red herring. She is harmless or maybe as someone suggested, working for Badi B to gather information about the case. She also left just before the gas leak, but that again could be to mislead us.
Zoya stopped near the basket with the doll. That means, she is the one closest to the truth and will be the one to decode it hopefully.
So, will the peanut fiasco alert Zoya? Will she get more vigilant around Tanveer?
What I really want to see...
Asad remorseful about his words to Zoya. This time I don't want her to forgive him. He needs to earn his status as her jahanpanah back in style, not with half hearted apologies.
Go Zoya...we are all with you. Trip Tanveer in her own game.
