Loving The Deaf Boy

My original story is on Wattpad and will remain on Wattpad, but this is just the brief summary. The story will NOT be posted here. This is just to get a bit more readers :)

This book is about a girl named Harmony; she has many problems and when she moves, she has an ultimate crush on a boy named Kris. He is the quiet and mysterious boy and soon she realizes that he is deaf. Kris is the type of boy who pushes people away from him and that is what he does to Harmony, but she still sticks around. They eventually fall in love

Prologue

-Harmony Adler-

"Why do you want to be friends with me? Why are you even here?" he asked me as he turned around to rake his ice cold hands through his hair.

I really had no answer for him. Well I did. But I just didn't want to say it right now, for the most because, Kris wasn't the type of person who allowed anyone in his life. Or for shall I say that he considered everyone as intruders.

He had been blocking everyone from letting them get to him. His statement would always be that anytime he let someone close to him, they would either hurt him in such a way that he isn't able to stay stable, or they would just leave him.

Well' I Harmony Adler would never leave him. Even though he keeps pushing me away' I would still never let go of him.

Why?

Well that's something that I would have to discover'

"Because I love you" I answered, turning him back towards me so that he could face me.

But he couldn't hear me.

And that was one of the biggest barriers between us.
