I personally feel Kritika Desai lacks some kind of cruel looks in her expressions. To me she looks quite vulnerable herself. I remember her from Chndrakanta days n she was one of the few actors on tv to potray a double role, so indeed she is a very fine actor, but somehow she isnt very suited for this role in my opinion. She is also very soft spoken. I hope in future she wil fit the role. i guess one more reason is I m watching her another serial PSH(Nandish is also thr) and there she is playing a completely opposite role, i.e. being badly tortured by her evil daughter in law!! She was even sent to jail on a false allegation by her Bahu last week, so watching these two opposite roles played by her simultaneously is a bit funny :) And I personally feel that Akash's family is more funny than scary these days as they have nothing else to do in life..just talking rubbish n thinking bot revenge 24-7.
