So I just saw today's episode, Again..and guys I think the new girl would be Asad's Sister/Cousin or may be an Aunt. There is no way she could be his GF or just a friend. Here is the reason- There is absolutely no way Asad would hug a girl, that too in a public place. Remember how shy/ awkward he was hugging Zoya when he was consoling her.
I think Zoya will misunderstand the relationship b/w Asad and the new girl and will stay away from him, as he had said she can't be a good bahu. On the other side Asad would not remember the intoxicated scenes and will continue having feelings for Zoya.
