guys i know many of us didnt beleive that TC article.that telly chakkar just spreed romours nothing else.it seems one more name in the line.

Speculation is rife that Barun Sobti is being approached for the lead role opposite Sanaya Irani in Sony's Modern Bahu. The duo had a great chemistry in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon and sources say that the makers are hoping to recreate it in the new serial.
However, when contacted Barun said he is too busy right now to think of any show. Incidentally, the actor had quit Iss Pyaar Ko.. to concentrate on his film and it had led to the closure of the serial.
Another actor who is being consideredfor the role is Vatsal Sheth best remembered for his role in Just Mohabbat and the film Tarzan The Wonder Car. Even Varun Kapoor who was last seen in Na Aana Is Des Laado is in the reckoning. Remains to be seen who makes it to the finishing line.
