Ishita as we see will turn even more manipulative seeing Gayatris emotional turmoil right now and distance AArya further away from the family.

Will her final revenge be that or her final reveng will be elevating Akaash as the head of the family remember how Akaash when he entered the Scinidia family went and sat on SPs big chair. IS all this fortelling future events.

IShita and Akaash are going to turn the so called idealistic facade of the Scindia Family upside down and with time Aarya may get in much needed changes in the family for the better of all.

it also looked like she is taking that shower to cool her inner sexual urges too... see akash isn't looking at her... not even sparing her a look... she will definitely feel frustrated...
