they are married dear they never went to court ...and that paper to ...they sing it ...it does not mean that they are divorse ...they will get so many court hearing all then ...

yash was preparing for his third marriage rituals in tradisional way only...officially if he need to marry he has to wait till court hearing and officially declaration of divorce...but still in india, ritual tradisional marriages are more valued than official legal registration of marriage..
