In one of the episodes, Daddu was reprimanding Mahi, saying the books are just staring at you but you're not studying. So I think he's studying, but for what I don't know.

only cv knows...it will b decided in future episodes as they want to fit it.. I still did not know what Anandi studied..science/arts/commerce...so Mahi...God knows

that's a million dollar question...after her 10th exams i never ever saw her going for any exams or neither did she joined any college...and Anandi speaks so good English even though we never saw here learning English...for a new lanuage to be learned u should also be able to have practice of speaking it with someone but i never heard her speak English to any one in Jaitsar yet she is fluent like a regular speaker
