I was prepared for the drama of villagers throwing stone at Ganga for leaving her husband and child and going on bike ride and another episode devoid of AnSh.

But then came the scene to remind me what the show Balika Vadhu is all about a beautiful scene between DS, A and G2.😊

A - She believed in educating herself and hoped to bring light in other peoples' lives through educating them.Despite not being able to go to school she educated herself in the beginning by doing her balak var's home work😆 and then studying when the she had a break from household work she continued with her education and when it was cut short cruelly she did not complain but when she was insulted for not being educated by her educated pati she took up her education and this one thing she did for herself.Whenthe same husband left her for more educated patni she empowered herself by getting educated and helping others get educated.

Despite being love sick and behaving like a zombie in her Shiv's absence 😉😆did not forget what her aim in life is She is all set to resume her mission of educating women.She wanted Ganga to enrol in school and get her to meet Saraswathi.

DS - recommending Anandi as a teacher to Ganga.This is the same lady who burnt the little girl's books and made her give up her education.Had a change of heart due to the harsh blows she and the little girl received in life and made the young woman resume her education and saw to that she completed her education and helped her realising her dream of becoming a teacher.Now she is encouraging other women to get educated.There was so much pride in her voice when she talked about Anandi's abilities to teach.Life has come a full circle for her.

A lady who did not have education and did not believe in it and now endorsing the cause of educating women.😊

G2 - Well despite being worried about her son is quite receptive to meet Saraswathi on the Basant Panchami.A battered woman being convinced to empower herself with education.

Thank you CVs for bringing out the essence of the show through such a beautiful scene.

...exactly...the essence of BV is always different...they pick the serious issue...but don't do melodrama on it... i like the way.when CM was suspicious abt ansh.is handled... even though we don't like sanchi's rude comment's.but those comments r not absured... and i know the question sanchi put in ira's mind...that will also handled very sensiable...

that is why i alway's say.don't compare BV with any other serial...and definetly not with ekta mata show😉...it's always different...

I liked the episode today precisely for the reasons you mentioned. Will never forget the scene of DS compelling Anandi to burn her books.

Then later when Anandi tells one and all that this time she wanna study for herself!!! At that time, DS had agreed whole heartedly!

And now with Anandi and DS together encouraging Ganga to study was a very well done scene. I always had an instinct from the start that Ganga will join Anandi's school and that is happening!!!

Arya - I was so prepared to watch boring episode.

I gave up on the episode and was just waiting to watch the precap .Then this scene came up all my disappointment about the episode disappeared.

The CVs have just told us why this show is different from all other shows.They stick to their theme.

Loved the fact that in today's episode, BV CVs came back with a bang on their emphasis on women's education and women becoming self sufficient, without any melodrama or the so called bhaashan.

The strong conviction in Anandi's tone, DS faith in Anandi and women getting educated, and Ganga's hope in getting herself educated - it was a treat to watch..

The VO was also very apt for the thought process in the epi..

Agree with you. I want CVs to show Ganga becoming educated, independent and raising her son without help of others. I really dont like Ganga Jagya track. We have seen all this with Anandi, Gehna, Phooli. Ganga being strong can handle the situation alone! Single parenting is accepted in Cities these days. But in villages the response is as shown in today's episode. CVs can show her as Single parent and give message women are not weak without a man in their life.

Gowri you are so right.That scene was done devoid of melodrama.With top-notch performances from all the three actresses.

@bold - Anandi's conviction DS 's faith and Ganga's hope well said👍🏼

well said Aparnauma ..BV ;s real essence has been always there today shown again beautifully thats why glued to from its start 😆cannot leave it because of its sense and essence not me only TRP's charts also prove thanks to cvs sensible tracks

I do agree it would be a great message if they can show her as a single parent doing a great job of bringing up her son by herself will serve as a big message for all those who continue to stay in abusive relationships because they feel that they have no where else to go.

Even if she gets married it should be because she found a companion who she wanted to be with not because she needed someone to support her like DS said when she was trying to convince Anandi's parents.

Agree. The essence of it is the reason we all sit and watch it day in day out despite cursing the lousy tracks😆
