Episode 57 (Maha-episode):Arshi Scenes only

"Tumne to kaha tha Lukhnow chali jaaogi?"

Short but a loaded statement, he asks at the first sight of her by the poolside without wasting a second! loaded with full strength Her last words to him were "Lucknow jaa rahe hum...Hamesha ke liye (Lucknow forever!)." his first full sentence to her after that day, a natural reaction , and a logical statement after the rollar-coaster of emotions those words took him on For a few days now, countless thoughts of her end on that one note, making him terrified, restless, angry , hurt... "tum aise nahi jaa sakti, Kush, khushi, KHUSHI!!!" panic set in the second she uttered those words. Then, a lock confirmed she had left, he stood there sad and hurt. Now, just when he mustered up some courage to throw out her pearls, and make her a thing of his past, "Khushi Kumaari Gupta" nothing more than a name, she swoops back into his house again, without his permission...again. Only last time she only made it to the living room, now she's in his room, his closet, the most personal of things, she in deep, deeper than he allowed anyone to.

From the minute Khushi had walked into the house, she prayed from protection from DM while giving Arnav a pause with her presence.

A beautiful heart-pounding game would unfold, a combination of tag and hide & seek. Lets call it "bhagam-bhaag luka chupi"😆

LOVED THIS LUKA CHUPI

Arnav was leaving and she was on her way in, the two would have no need to seek each other, had it not been for a barrier of decorative fabric [which symbolized misunderstandings leading to nafrat (hate)]. GOOD POINT LOVED THE "SYMBOLISM"The barrier was no match for Arnav's sixth sense, he stopped to take in her overwhelming aura. All Khushi needed to do was turn around and look closer, for behind the barrier, stood no rakshas(monster) but a man that she can freeze just by being there.

Khushi resumed her walk to the kitchen nervously until she hears that unmistakable husky, authoritive (the sexiest ) AHEM AHEM voice "no mistakes, i don't like people who make mistakes!" Her eyes popped with fear and the tag part of the game starts. she tries to quickly tip-toe out of his sight, but her payals(anklets) screamed out for him. "cham, cham cham "you're it!" he hears it loud and clear, but Khushi is quick to hide. This ehsaas has never failed him, he seeks for her but only found disappointment. The game isn't over yet.

THE GAME IS GETTING HEATED

Thinking that "laad governor" has left she takes on the task of getting a big vessle from he storage room "dheera se kaam le khushi, woh rakshas aas paas nahi hai (relax, the monster isn't here)" she tells herself as she is lost and confused in this bhool bhulaiya house.

While she finds her way, she unintentionally stands in the middle of Anjali and Shyaam, another glimps of what will come LOVE THAT INTENSE SCENE

She was wrong, he's still here, yelling at someone ofcourse, she panics and hides behind the curtain outside of Shyaam and Anjali's room.

Arnav walks by, and that feeling again dammit!! stops to think, she look at him and knows what he is "mehsoosing" (feeling). Arnav is instinctively drawn look towards the source of his ehsaas, but the phone rings distracting him. EHSSAS KEH WOH ASS PASS HAI

Khushi proceeds to the store room, but the rakshash still lurks around yelling at one of the Prakash brothers for spilling something on this shirt

"kitni baar pariksha logi DM? [gasp!] yeh to issi taraf aa raha hai (how many tests DM? he's coming this way)" what to do! what to do ! yes, go into his room and try to hide behind the green chase? no, inside the closet? yes" stumbling once, she eventually she climbs on.

Sanaya is pure perfection here and actually pretty much the whole episode, the expressions, the body language given to a panic-driven Khushi, keeping the cute and innocent infused with the confusion of a woman in love, BRILLIANT! AGREED SHE IS FAB HERE

Arnav walks in, while on the phone, struggling to grab a hold of a shirt. Khushi hands it to him so, and thinks she's safe. That shatir dimaag of his, he looks at the shirt, perhaps her presence is too strong even the phone call isn't enough to divert his attention." Mein tumse baad mein baat karta hoon.(i'll talk to you later)" he glares back at the closet but again shakes it off, rolling his eyes at himself, about to leave the room when our clumsy khushi lets out an "ouch" from hitting her head. She panics, and makes it worse...Arav ko bas pata chal gaya (just knew), he rushes back and opens the door,

[Similar symbolism to the teej morning scene, his reflection on top of her this time, indicating their oneness, souls intertwined,as he slides the door]

HOW COME I FORGOT TO PUT MY OWN FAMOUS MIRROR REFLECTION SYMBOLISM .THNX AMI

She covers her eyes, maybe this way he won't see her (too cute).LOVED HER HERE He slides the door open as fast as he could and there she is, the one he was seeking for. Arnav in sheer disbelief, the ehsaas didn't fail him, but his vocabulary did. All that came out of him was his signature line "What the!" (the best one for me.) In sheer disbelief, he just looks at her. Is she real ?

She jumps down and even in all of surprised/shocked state, he grabs her arm to save her from stumbling. she looks up like "why are you doing this?", he is asking a million questions with his eyes. QUESTIONS WITH BEFFLEMENTshe has to pry his hand off of her arm and as soon as she is successful, and before Arnav can fathom what's happening, she runs off. Caught unaware by this game, he tries desperately to grab a hold of her duppatta, and the dupatta tries desperately to stay in his hands

"Khushi!", she was too fast, he called out two more times "khushi, KHUSHI!". dejavu

He paces back and forth, baffled, flashbacks of her last words to him and then the lock. "Khushi yahan kya kar rahi hai? (what's Khushi doing here?)", "how do i look ASR?" La walks in, i feel sorry for both of them. She's fishing for a compliment from Arnav, whose mind is too occupied to process her question. she asks again, but is quickly ignored when Anjali walks in.Unfortunately for La, this will happen again, only the dress will be replaced by a saari and on that day he will realize his unfairness to her and let her go) HE WILL REALIZE IT AND SHE WILL MOVE ON BUT IN THIS PROCESS SHE WILL BE HURT

"Di,Kushi yahan kya kar rahi hai? kisi ko pata ho na ho, app ko zarur pata hoga " his urgency to make sense of all of this, and fully aware that his Di likes khushi so she must know. Somewhere he knows this is all not just a coincidence: the feeling of each other's presence, the running into each other all the time. "Khushi and her sister did the sweets for us, you should know you did all the arrangements chotey" Anjali notifies him.

"if i would've known this order went to her, i would've canceled the order" (sure you would Arnav, sure you would) CORRECT He's feeling alot of things right now, shocked, bafflement, a bit of anger but above all and behind what he displays, relief and happiness of her in front of him and not in Lukhnow are no doubt present

"oh fo! take this anger from your nose and put it in your pocket, the sweets are really yummy!" Anjali sweetly scolds him

Barun, as usual, right on the mark displaying a wide range of emotions in this scene and also pretty much the everywhere, he is just perfectly perftect. ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS

Let the party begin, couldn't help but notice Arnav's smile as he walked down those steps, and later with his DI, could this have anything to do with the fact that Khushi is here. WINK WINK

Just a lovely scene when in this crowded party, their eyes find eachother, Khushi seems to have left him breathless, just ❤️

He notices when Khushi runs out to the pool side , he chases her. Hide &seek part of the game maybe over but the tag part continues. LOL

"Tumne to kaha tha tum Lukhnow chali jaaogi?" asks at the first sight of her by the poolside. she looks back at him with no answer, and proceeds to go back to the party.

"Enough!" Arnav probably thought in his head, with some sort of rights he grabbed her hand and pulled her back, right in front of him. Khushi at first looked into his eyes with ease, and though he was angry, Arnav couldn't help but return a tender look. If things weren't so escalated, this could've been a "rabba ve" moment. His holds still on her wrist, their gaze is on fire. BUT STILL IT WAS MORE THAN THAT

Atlast she looks down to her wrist, covered by his tight grip, she tries to break free, his grip gets tighter. "aap batameezi kar rahe hai (you're being inappopriate)" she complains

"kyu ki batameezi ke a lava koi aur bhasha tumh samaj nahi aati hai, mein tumse kuchh puchh raha hu (because that's the only language you understand) obviously referring to his failed attempts at getting her to listen)" he continues, "Tumne kaha tha ki Lukhnow, waapis, laut kar nahi aaogi, phir yahah kya kar rahi ho?"

The sadness he felt while he thought she left for hamesha ke liye surfaces in this question of his. " i thought you really left and waapis laut kar nahin aaogi (never coming back), do you have any idea what you put me through??" one can only assume his thoughts

LOVED THE WAY YOU PUT HIS THOUGHT PROCESS

"Majboori thi, tab bhi aur ab bhi" she answers, Arnav looks a bit hurt almost wanting her to say he braught her back. If only he know the economical hardship Khushi and her family are going through...

"aap hamaara haat chodiye, warna..(let go of my hand or else)." sexual tension makes an appearance😉 "Warna? (or else?)" he leans in closer 😳 "warna kya kar logi tum? (or else, what are you going to do)"YEAP IT WAS AN INTENSE MOMENT FOR BOTH OF THEM

"Aap Arnav Singh Raizada honge aap ke ghar me (you're ASR in your house)" she fires back forgetting where she is

"Mera hi ghar hai (this is my house)" 😆

"I know this is your house...If i hadn't spent money on this order and if that manager told us the contract was for you, i would've rather died than work for ppl like you!"

Insulted, and angry at her words

"Pehle bhi tum hum jaise logo ke yahan kaam karti thi, aur waise bhi, tum jaise log paiso ke liye" he couldn't finish this false accusation with her eyes looking back at him, it would hurt her too much. they just look at eachother for a sec until..."ASR" La comes in looking for him.

HE DID NOT MEANT IT AND SHE KNOWS IT BUT STILL SHE TOOK OUT THAT ON JALAIBIS

Finally allowing Khushi out of his grip, while La hugs him from behind. Khushi looks away and Arnav carefully observes her reaction. La wants to know what she's doing here, Khushi looks at Arnav, their eyes spoke a different language than their lips today. EYES WERE THROWING DAGGERS OF LOVE

Khushi runs inside, but her payal had other plans. It freed itself from her ankle, and called out for him for the second time today.

SCREAMING FOR HIM AS HER RAJKUMAR HAMESHA GHUSE MEIN REHTA HAI

A call he isn't able to ignore and a call he answers after the party is over.

What a perfect episode, no wonder i don't like anything else other than this show, filled with moments that make us laugh one minute and then turn around to reach deep inside to make us feel, the level of deepness the they're feeling, the aching of one another the desire for one another and frustrations only add fuel to this fire...deep sigh! This is one of my most watched epis :) shall always cherish this once-in-a-lifetime show.

Indy, BarunDiwani,ArshiHamesha,Cinthiann and Anita, hats off to such amazing wonderful pieces of pure joy! Thank you so much for your lovely words! I cant tell you all how much i loved reading your posts on the maha episode...i loved the detail, the emotions, the deep secrets only the eyes conveyed, the silent admission of how much he had missed her, the look in her eyes when he held her by the poolside, the way his eyes followed her...how this was the first proper time a gust of wind had made its appearance heralding her presence to him...he had dismissed it but it was to be a true sign...the beginning of many more!
My best part was the way he possessively holds her while he questions her by the poolside...so much hurt hidden behind his show of anger...could she not realise why he asked her with her own last words to him, that she must mean something dear to him because he remembered those words...if he wanted to be indifferent towards her, he could have just told her to leave his house...but he was determined to ask her because her words had hurt him to the core.
Then when Lavanya hugged him from behind, he did not even care...his eyes were glued on to Khushis face, reading her eyes...and as they both looked at each other, a silent conversation took place that made him puzzled as well as intrigued...watch it again...his eyes flit from side to side reading her face...is it..could it possibly be a glint of jealousy that he saw? Is that why he couldn't help but turn back and watch her leave?it seems the secret conversation of the eyes (as many of you wrote in your posts) was much more deeper than the angry dialogue exchanged!
Loved your posts, just had to say it again!🤗

I WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU SAY THIS SO BEAUTIFULLY IN JUST 2 PARAGRAPHS. JUST AMAZING!! BEAUTIFUL THOUGHTS AND I LOVED IT! THANK YOU FOR YOUR APPRECIATION OF OUR WRITINGS JUST LIKE I APPRECIATE YOURS!👏

Dear Ami and Arshi. I just loved the analysis and am regretting not being part of the maha episode analysis.
Just loved it. In any case I think the episode was full of ASR Arnav and sanki Khushi.

Mahaepisode of What the.
I was watching the Maha episode and thinking what the-

- Arnav actually said for the first time wo yaha nehi hain. He actually looked back towards the way he thought Khushi was.😳 He actually looked back at an empty room in front of the closet because he had a feeling Khushi was there at that direction😕. He actually thinking " Yeh ladki mujhe pagal karke chodegi." Yes I should know.🤔

- Khushi is really Sanki. In such a circumstance you do not hide in the closet- you say hello and move away. She the sanki was still trying to look at ASR and saying jise nehi dekhna tha use dekh liya🤪.

- Payal was actually agreeing to act as a waiter when she was not and making Khushi do the same.
- Akash was flirting with a girl and that too infront of her mother and that too with Payal👍🏼.
-Anjali was actually trying to tell Shyam Khushi was there
- La of all the songs had to arrange for Character Dheela from Ready for this occasion?😲

However dear Arshi, Ami, Indi, and Rebecca, was reading your analysis and am smiling at myself thinking- This is a show I love👍🏼. I was once told if you spread love it gets bigger and if you spread hatred it gets smaller. I was remembering that. See when Arnav spread his hatred for Khushi to La and Anjali it actually did get smaller.👍🏼 Happy that he had the courage to share his feeling of love for Khushi with La and Anjali and we all know it increased his love only for her,

episode 57 indeed a maha episode

but first, i would like to start with an invocation to the god of handsomeness and thank her for bestowing upon us this incredible creation of hers which now looks at our heroine with incredulous eyes. sorry, have to gush. Lol!!!!!! i agree 100,000,000%.really, how good looking must a man be, and that too while he's acting so terribly well in of all things, a daily soap. spiky hair, lean hassled visage, everything motionless, just an eruption of feelings rushing to get to the climax. I stopped breathing after that description... i could watch this scene for hours, like that other one of him walking into the mazar, long loping stride, inert eyes, black clothes, white bandana. "what the" has never sounded so divine. Anything sounds divine when it comes from his mouth!!!

it's a good thing that she didn't open her eyes. if she had, the story would have ended right here, no question of not falling in love and crashing into his arms. but today a celestial game was at play, that was devised to keep the story interesting, dynamic, and without end.

as i watched, it was quite obvious that the whole 45 odd minutes were laid out around hide and seek. people missed each other, feelings stole into corners and never got caught, secrets were almost out, phew! but not quite. Exactly!!!!!but why? why this devise suddenly? and that too right across an extended episode? perhaps it was just to raise the tension, keep us glued and use a familiar film technique. or it was ankh micholi, the game of krishna come to visit this drama that has references to him in so many ways right through. Can you explain this

"hai re nand kissore!" the first words of ipk. and if i look back, so many many krishna moments all through. he was in the name of the friend, the sakha, nk; and he was in the name of the villain; his story was told with such charm by the lovely ingenuous khushi; and he and his consort were there when she felt like his patni, and when she didn't; of course, he was always in buaji's words and thoughts, and allusions and traits of him were to be found in many a character during the telling of the tale: as charioteer, as wise counsel, as giver of judgment... maybe, in this ankh micholi too? and if so, it was a fascinating creative leap to keep krishna in the proceedings. interestingly, the child actor who played bubli, used to act as little krishna in her previous role. Nice reference to Krishna...i never noticed this

krishna played blindman's bluff, with the boys and the girls, his gopis too. minor modification for the ladies: he had to kiss the girls to identify them. rule made by him, of course. there was always a sweet naughtiness, a lightness to the tales of this avatar; a certain empathy, beauty, fun, and delight. you didn't have to worship him to find him engaging. if indeed the hide and seek trick was borrowed from nand kissore, i'd find it really clever.

if not, no matter, still reminded me of him and his lover. especially, loaded as the game was with matters of love. and light and sprightly it went, traipsing and trilling through the bhoolbhulaiya (maze) of shantivan, with concentrated bursts of earth shaking emotion in in between. fantastic balance of light and deep, dhoop chhaaon... hai dhoop sa agar woh, woh chandni raat si hai.

and joining the sport to make it delicately deliciously interesting: curtains. diaphanous, floating, now revealing, now concealing, cousins of the dupatta. that opening sequence was the first sign, i guess. the breeze is telling them both, she's here, he's here, but since both are hesitating before truth, it hides itself, behind the decorators's curtains.

i can't see you, you're not here. but i can hear you... khushi is the first to know, and she's determined not to get caught. what she doesn't know though is there's another thief in the premises. a sick man with ugly intentions and desires.

"mujhe galatiyan aur unhe karne wale pasand nahin," i don't like mistakes and those who make them, says the man in charge, arnav singh raizada, making sure all arrangements for the party are impeccable. a certain terseness in him, so much to do, all sorts of unsettled feelings at home since la's entry, and the constant "ahsaas" of a person, something he swears he has no place for in his life. maybe that's the "galati" you make, and nand kissore is playing a game with you to see if you can find the truth and be "sahi"?

she's constantly worried about being discovered by him, and so misses the the truth right under her nose, or at least next to it. she passes by shyam and anjali's room as they chat standing before the door, but doesn't see him. nor he her. again and again this almost reveal. sometimes in the most interesting layered visuals.

di and shyam have a little tiff over his many admirers. creatives give the pretender krishna little touches of the real and eternal lover. but here is one who has no notion of love, at best what he feels is lust. a pity, his consort isn't radha, a bit of a gandhari our anjali. reminds me of the magnificent queen from mahabharat who wore a blindfold forever because her husband couldn't see and so she decided to suffer with him. just like her, anjali couldn't see a thing, and shyam again won the ankh micholi round, his prize, a gentle, loving, credulous, "aap bhi na."

in playful vein, creatives bring in stairs from ar office to shantivan, to test us no doubt. was i wrong or was there a curved staircase just behind khushi which i've never seen here? spotting the rakshas, she hides in shyam anjali's room, he passes her and senses... hey hey...

he bumps into someone, "dekhkar nahin chal sakte? tumhari galati ki saza tumhari naukri bhi ho sakti hai." can't you see where you're going, the cost of your mistake may be your job. but sir, was the mistake his or were you distracted... by that sense of a woman?

shyam almost sees her but doesn't. khushi runs helter skelter through the unfamiliar corridors and leaps into a room. I loved how you phrased this...one she doesn't know at all, but had at one time thought belonged to the bakri. unfortunately, it belongs to the lion and he is on his way here, his attendant music following him resplendent. our man is thoroughly displeased, is rushing to change.

sanaya was simply brilliant as she ran around frantic looking for a space to hide, then jumped into the wardrobe. only khushi could have done that. something so very specific in that move. the visual space is super crowded these days, so many images, it's rare to come across something original. yet, ipk found new ways of showing things so often. can't remember ever seeing a girl in a cupboard, one eye open, comic air getting giggles going, and then wham... thick, pulse rate quickening passion, can't breathe, a crazy note of romance... and off she goes again, dupatta flying, something really funny and really desperate at once, his khushi... khushi... khushiii making you wonder, making you sad, making you happy. thrilling, wasn't it? yet delightfully light like a perfect souffle, with a little red dupatta flambe. oh that flying streak of vermillion, and him leaping to catch it, just took it all to another plane.

wasn't he supposed to be mad at her? decided to not think of her just a while back. no place for such feelings. she is a part of my past that is over. and yet you just know it when she's around. what's in her that calls out to you? and now she sits inside your cupboard, inside you essentially. He is happy to see Khushi, he is relieved that she did not leave!!

"tum yahan kya kar rahi ho?"
what are you doing here? oh the pain of knowing she isn't here. the grappling with it. all the upheaval. and suddenly, she's before his eyes. of course, he's startled at first, then perhaps a bit angry, but deep down maybe a feeling more forceful is taking root, a feeling of finding his breath again. of sheer relief. the kind that makes you let go inside, leaves you dumbfounded.

when she jumps out, you reach out instinctively, wanting to keep her near, for all your roughness, and anger, the moment she's close you're nonplussed... rabba vey, and she flies off taking advantage of your state of mind. playing ankh micholi with your feelings... now you catch it, now you don't...

and what about her, she'd just said she hadn't returned to delhi for him, but in that long moment that he held her and they looked into each others eyes, why that change of note?

behind the veil of comedy, serious, seething, heated emotion telling its own parallel story.

i needed to pause here for breath and let my eyes rest. and before we resume, a question, was akash wearing the shirt that asr wore the night of faraq nahin padta? nooo. Damn that picture people...i need a paper bag to breathe now

naniji notices "mithai ki khushboo kuch aur hi hai." talk of sweet from lucknow; and dreams of sweet nothings in akash upon seeing payal. of course, mami the sharp eyed notes this dose of sudden sweetness in her son's life and decides it's bad for him, "jo bhi hao e laknow sisters ko out kareka padi." whatever it is, got to get these lucknow sisters out.

asr is tortured, pacing, remembers "hum aapke nazron se hamesha ke liye door ja rahein hain..." khushi yahan kya kar rahi hai? what's khushi doing here, he is immersed in this conundrum. his girl friend floats in, all dressed up and sexy, how am i looking, she asks getting close. he almost doesn't see her. the eyes are on the one who's flown, that's whom they seek. when his sister walks in, he asks, irritated and hassled, forgetting his resolve to not let anything disturb the cadence of his sister's big day, "di, khushi yahan kya kar rahi hai?" what's she doing here? if i knew she'd bagged the order, i'd have cancelled it. really, so that's why you ask the same question again and again. shatir asr totally stumped.

in another hide and seek ploy, shyam is told by anji about khushi. when she turns around, he's not there. he hasn't heard a thing. months later, the same would happen the night of the betrayal, asr would tell di all only to find she's passed out. hasn't heard a thing. it will lead to chaos, but tonight, all it leads to is a "yeh bhi na." It bothers me when anjali says this

another echo from the future in his announcement to the guests, "meri zindagi ke do sabse important log... di aur jeejaji." the two most important people in my life, di and jeejaji. there will remain two most important people in his life, just not in this combination. Tru Dat

a cascade of neatly edited scenes peek into hidden thoughts and faces. will khushi see shyam? will shyam see khushi? will anjali find out? creatives are having are having much fun obviously. and in the middle of all that a strange surprise from la. she obviously is completely blindfolded, no idea who her target audience is. aneatly packed episode with all the bits in place for the next climax.

in the middle of all this mami is being really rude to khushi and payal, treating them like waiters. mamiji... aap bhi na. anyway, payal drops juice and khsuhi leaves the room to find tissues at the poolside, relieved at the thought of escaping his nearness.

but looks like that isn't going to happen. he has seen her and he follows her out. "tumne toh kaha tha ki lucknow chali jaogi..." you'd said you'd go away to lucknow, he barks at her.

she's shocked, but opts to remain mute... not a word since he found her in the cupboard. she is just too disturbed to say anything i guess. she tries to walk past him without a word. he catches hold of her arm in a tight grip. yet again. she stands there still, taut, tense, eyes confused, unsure. finally, in measured undertone, "aap badtameezi kar rahen hain." you're being uncourteous.

"kyunki badtameezi ke elawa aur koi bhasha tumhe samajh mein nahin aati hai." because you don't understand anything but this sort of language, he is in a nasty nasty mood now. This scene was just intense

and he goes for it.
"main tumse kuch pooch raha hoon..." so intimate the voice, like it's touching her... "tumne toh kaha tha ki lucknow chali jaogi... waopas laut kar nahin aogi," my heart shivers/leaps at his voice, that wapas nahin aaogi is killing him somewhere... "phir yahan kya kar rahi..."

you'd said you'd go away... so why are you here... you'd said you'd never come back... what are you doing here... if you go away on a summers's day... again the sadness of the song hidden behind the anger of the voice.

but if you stay... my wayward mind adds in...

"majboori thi... tab bhi... aur ab bhi." had no choice, then too... now as well. khushi is no longer running, skipping, jumping, acting cute, nothing, some part of her that no one else touches but this man, is touched again. only for him her voice grows deep like this, mature, poised, a woman vis a vis a man.

"aap hamara haath chhodiye warna..." leave my hand...

"warna?" or else?

"warna kya kar logi tum?" what will you do?

"aap asr honge aapke ghar mein." you may be asr in your own home...
a khushi like flipinto a rash statement looking for a solid repartee to shut this terrible man up.(a little break for respite by the creativesfor us panting viewers?)

"mera hi ghar hai." it is my home.

if i hadn't spent all the money, i'd have died before coming here to the home of people such as yourself. khushi returns to the seriousness of the moment.

"pehle bhi tum hum jaise logon ke yahan hi kam karti thi."
you used to work for people like us before. "aur waise bhi, tum jaise log toh paison ke liye..." and anyway, for money, people like you... he stops as she looks up.

tonight he doesn't complete that sentence. something in her gaze, angry, gaining a power of its own, stops him. the intensity in both was of another order. out in the open. ankh micholi ceased.

la walked in. no one practically noticed her.

khushi walked out without a word. but what's this?

her payal slipped off as though it had a mind of its own. he saw it.

one day, a key had slipped off from his hand, so they could meet again. now this payal. what will this bring? and why is it that everything around and on them wants them to find each other, yet these two... and he turned and looked back.

this is the first time we see khushi in red with asr by the pool. there will be many times more when the colour of passion will attend their love story unfolding here. today's red was definitely chilli padi red. those who've lived in south east asia will know the power and bite of this deadly chilli, small, red, sharp, and has it got oomph. you don't need a little or long black dress to be an absolute bomb. i can't live without my chilli padi, looks like asr is beginning to catch the ailment.

i liked the bold and made my comments in a different color

hi anita, thanks for your comments on 57. the feeling of krishna and his game of blind man's bluff, was something i started to get as i watched. he was fond of games always, and often he used one to show people the way or whatever, but if i'm not mistaken among the games he played with his gopis was ankh micholi, adding a romantic note to the very game itself. i thought it was just a perfect touch of him in his romantic form in this episode.

now most likely the creatives never thought of it that way and used hide and seek as a clever devise to build tension. but this is what i thought and so wrote about it. makes sense?

Episode 57 (Maha-episode):Arshi Scenes only

"Tumne to kaha tha Lukhnow chali jaaogi?"

Short but a loaded statement, he asks at the first sight of her by the poolside without wasting a second! Her last words to him were "Lucknow jaa rahe hum...Hamesha ke liye (Lucknow forever!)." his first full sentence to her after that day, a natural reaction , and a logical statement after the rollar-coaster of emotions those words took him on For a few days now, countless thoughts of her end on that one note, making him terrified, restless, angry , hurt... Okay i just loved this scene!!!!!!!!! it portrayed so much emotions and passion and at the same time so much angst!!!!!!

From the minute Khushi had walked into the house, she prayed from protection from DM while giving Arnav a pause with her presence.

A beautiful heart-pounding game would unfold, a combination of tag and hide & seek. Lets call it "bhagam-bhaag luka chupi"😆 I think sohara said this but Bhaag DK Bose!!!!!!😆

Arnav was leaving and she was on her way in, the two would have no need to seek each other, had it not been for a barrier of decorative fabric [which symbolized misunderstandings leading to nafrat (hate)].OMG you are so right!!!!! The barrier was no match for Arnav's sixth sense,I call it his khushi radar!!he stopped to take in her overwhelming aura. All Khushi needed to do was turn around and look closer, for behind the barrier, stood no rakshas(monster) but a man that she can freeze just by being there.

Khushi resumed her walk to the kitchen nervously until she hears that unmistakable husky, authoritive (the sexiest ) voice "no mistakes, i don't like people who make mistakes!" Her eyes popped with fear and the tag part of the game starts. she tries to quickly tip-toe out of his sight, but her payals(anklets) screamed out for him. "cham, cham cham "you're it!" he hears it loud and clear, but Khushi is quick to hide. This ehsaas has never failed him, he seeks for her but only found disappointment. The game isn't over yet.

Thinking that "laad governor" has left she takes on the task of getting a big vessle from he storage room "dheera se kaam le khushi, woh rakshas aas paas nahi hai (relax, the monster isn't here)" she tells herself as she is lost and confused in this bhool bhulaiya house.

While she finds her way, she unintentionally stands in the middle of Anjali and Shyaam, another glimps of what will come Patni, pati, or woh, i guess

She was wrong, he's still here, yelling at someone ofcourse, she panics and hides behind the curtain outside of Shyaam and Anjali's room.

Arnav walks by, and that feeling again dammit!! stops to think, she look at him and knows what he is "mehsoosing" (feeling)My new favorite word. Arnav is instinctively drawn look towards the source of his ehsaas, but the phone rings distracting him.

[Similar symbolism to the teej morning scene, his reflection on top of her this time, indicating their oneness, souls intertwined,as he slides the door] THey are meant to be together forever!!!

She covers her eyes, maybe this way he won't see her (too cute). He slides the door open as fast as he could and there she is, the one he was seeking for. Arnav in sheer disbelief, the ehsaas didn't fail him, but his vocabulary did. All that came out of him was his signature line "What the!" (the best one for me.) In sheer disbelief, he just looks at her. Is she real ? I feel like he was relieved to see her face...he was in tension for like a week wondering if she left or not

She jumps down and even in all of surprised/shocked state, he grabs her arm to save her from stumbling. she looks up like "why are you doing this?", he is asking a million questions with his eyes. she has to pry his hand off of her arm and as soon as she is successful, and before Arnav can fathom what's happening, she runs off. Caught unaware by this game, he tries desperately to grab a hold of her duppatta, and the dupatta tries desperately to stay in his hands I loved the scene...i loved how he was trying to catch her dupaata but could not...it is weird because that fabric is all over him like a moth to a light

She's fishing for a compliment from Arnav, whose mind is too occupied to process her question. she asks again, but is quickly ignored when Anjali walks in.Unfortunately for La, this will happen again, only the dress will be replaced by a saari and on that day he will realize his unfairness to her and let her go) He likes la but only as a i don't know what...not as a friend really but someone who is has to take care of because he has no one...cannot think of the word

"if i would've known this order went to her, i would've canceled the order" (sure you would Arnav, sure you would) He's feeling alot of things right now, shocked, bafflement, a bit of anger but above all and behind what he displays, relief and happiness of her in front of him and not in Lukhnow are no doubt present

"oh fo! take this anger from your nose and put it in your pocket, the sweets are really yummy!" Anjali sweetly scolds him

Barun, as usual, right on the mark displaying a wide range of emotions in this scene and also pretty much the everywhere, he is just perfectly perftect. Hell to the yeah

Let the party begin, couldn't help but notice Arnav's smile as he walked down those steps, and later with his DI, could this have anything to do with the fact that Khushi is here.

Just a lovely scene when in this crowded party, their eyes find eachother, Khushi seems to have left him breathless, just ❤️

He notices when Khushi runs out to the pool side , he chases her. Hide &seek part of the game maybe over but the tag part continues.

(or else, what are you going to do)"

Finally allowing Khushi out of his grip, while La hugs him from behind. Khushi looks away and Arnav carefully observes her reaction. La wants to know what she's doing here, Khushi looks at Arnav, their eyes spoke a different language than their lips today. I loved this scene as well so much angst...it was the clash of the egos

Khushi runs inside, but her payal had other plans. It freed itself from her ankle, and called out for him for the second time today.

Agreed!!!!!!!

DROOL CORNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haye my favorite part!!!!!!!

❤️best "What The!" moment ❤️❤️❤️
