Judging by the difference of 4th & 5th pik, it seems like its a confrontation between SP and Aarti with Yash being seen behind Aarti & SP throws the water on her as the jug of water is near SP.

Probably aarti does not reveal the complete truth to Yash n comes out. She can not bear Akash's humiliation n so argues with SP. Probably Yash is asking her why did she tell the truth to everybody when he had told her to keep it secret?
