And the story in PR is not as simple as that .😊

Choosing the guy one loves ...a love marraige as against the second best option as u put it was being followed by the couple briefly , when Arjun chose to bear the ire of the entire family of his dad's business partner but only follow his heart and marry his 'love' .

Fine till then . It didn't make him popular coz he broke a commitment he himself made but chalo , understand kar lete hai . He got ishq .

The question is if u don't , for some reason , marry ur 'love' but marry the second best option ...an arranged marraige , should u break it up and follow ur once upon a time dreams by once again following ur 'love' and breaking the current commitment .

Should dreams be permananent and fixed or should they be malleable and subject to change . If ur dream is causing collateral damage to many but gives happiness only to u , should u follow it or should u modify it a bit .

Like I said before, Ovi was wrong to offer the deal to Purvi. She didn't know Archana and didn't care to know Archana because her mother wasn't present in her childhood. Both she and Teju felt abandoned by their mother because they were abandoned by their mother. One can't expect Ovi to quickly love a mother who hasn't been present in her life at all.

Personally, I think Ovi should have been allowed to move on from Arjun but that was pretty hard for her to do when people like Sulo and Archana kept shoving in her face that they were getting Purvi married to Arjun. Archana was better off holding firm on her decision that she didn't think Arjun was good enough for both of her daughters. But CVs made it in a way that Archana gets the blame as well as Ovi.

Ovi didn't want a baby and if I look at it from her perspective, it's understandable. She's only 19 years old. Then the CVS made her seem like an alcoholic, which is strictly Damo's territory, but hey what better way to make Ovi unsympathetic right?

Ever since she married Arjun, she's been making efforts to make this marriage work which is more than I can say for Arjun. Why marry her at all? That is the biggest question and frankly there really isn't any answer to it except that Arjun is jelly when it comes to Purvi. She controls him and he likes being controlled. Before taking it so far as to consummate the marriage with Ovi, he should have divorced her. She eventually would have gotten over it and she would have found someone else who truly loves her and cares for her.
