mahadev's ardhangini is a bit diffrent from his bhaktas... may be not more diffrent as Mahadev gives his bhaktas equal importance... when Dashanans thinking is going in a wrong way... Its mahadev's responsibilty to make him realize... 😊

sati/parvati is adi shakti shakti has full right to shiva..they showed parvati trying to bound shiva etc things..to show mahadev is everyone's but then also its true that only Parvati has right to be possessive over Mahadev

and Ravan is proud for being Maadev's greatest bhakt..this pride is greatest weakness of him which suppressed his all great qualities and at last destroyed him

Sati never showed off her status of being Mahadev's ardhangini, where as Dashanan never fails to do so frequently. So such comparison is not right.

Sati realised it's her destiny to unite with Mahadev & for Dashanan being his mahan bhakta is an achivement. He feels he's sacrificed his 9 heads to Mahadev so boasting about it is a must from his 1 head. Sati never had ahankaar about being his wife, where as Dashanan has that.

ya i agree with Shruti and mnx..He was a true bhakt of Lord Shiv..but once when Mahadev gave him the 'position' of his Mahan Bhakt,Dashanan became so proud of himnself that he forgot his Bhakti towards Shiv and boasted himself as Mahadev's greatest Bhakth and thus superior to all..
