PV's Ishita reminds me of a Mahabharata - type incidence
Ishita is like Amba of Mahabharatha
Bhishma took Amba and her 2 sisters Ambika and Ambalika by force to marry Dhritrashtra, Pandu and Vidura's uncle Vichtraveerya.
Amba refused to participate in the marriage ceremony because she was in love with another king. So Bhishma freed her and let her go to her lover. The king that she loved spurned Amba and refused to marry her as he doubted her character. Amba was deeply hurt and was consumed with intense anger towards Bhishma whom she held responsible for the insult she suffered. She felt Bhishma had painted her so black that she could no longer live in society. She vowed to kill him - as no prince/king would take up her cause - she fervently prayed to Lord Shiva, Lord Shiva granted her the boon that she would kill Bhishma but in her next life.
Similarly here we have Ishita who feels scorned by Yash because he rejected her at the marriage mandap and is filled with the desire to kill him!!
Akash the sissy - who cannot win with words or his fists resorts to a coward's tool - snake poison.
Akash looks and acts macho - he has his dole-shole (muscles). He has a typical 'bad boy' demeanor -scruffy get-up and wise a$$ speech. He can pick up 2 buckets of water and walk across the lawn. He can kidnap kids, tie them up and threaten them to silence and compliance.
But when it comes to facing real men he is sissy.
Oh yeah he did have a fight with bare hands with Yash this morning. Yash got into a fight because he was protective of his wife.
But Akash got into it - for threatening a woman to a fight.
Ishita had to prod Akash to fight a man. And guess what when it comes to it - macho "He(r)-Man" is a sissy"! For when he finally decides to fight Yash he would rather use a coward's tool or a snake to poison.
I think the CVs gave us real insight into Akash's character today. He is terribly insecure. He is insecure about his abilities, his economic status, his social status and his ability to sustain relations!!! If he was smarting from the slap bestowed by his mother in front of the Scindhiyas then Ishita's words were the death knell of any rationality that he possessed after the mornings fisticuffs with Yash!!!
What was more interesting is the kurta he wore to do the coward's deed! The kurta was the same one he wore the first time he got hold of Ansh and kidnapped him - the one where he lost a button. True enough he is exposing his real nature to all today - that of a man steeped in insecurities!
