Though you have asked Malika but I'l try and answer for now...obligation reciprocal here means MUTUAL LOVE between the couple. By marrying each other husband and wife accept each other and that puts them under obligation to covenantally love each other not coincidentally😉. Pyaar hua tho theek nahi tho divorcee tho hai hee karne ki liye 😛
